I booked hotel for Thekkady but it was almost 35 kilometres from Thekkady. This is just a suggestion to booking.com that please highlight that distance if you are not suggesting any near by location because i was new to that location and after reaching there i was feeling like a fool.

Room service was not there even there were no telephone available in the room.

Pros:

We stayed in family suite with 2 children. 2 big beds with dining table provided in a spacious room.
Neat and clean.
Well maintained.
Nice interior designs.
Nice supportive staff.
Ample parking space.
Value for money and good for family to stay.

Cons:

We stayed in 2nd floor. Lift not available but that's not an issue. Wide granite steps provided.
May be for old age need to review.
