Le calme.

Cons:

Les horaires pour le côté spa ainsi que l’impossibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner avant 8h00 du matin. Nous avons dû réserver le petit déjeuner au Vandervalck Hôtel. Le lustre était poussiéreux et pas bien accroché au plafond. Peinture écaillée à plusieurs endroits sur les murs et le plafond. Odeurs de cuisines pas très agréable dans les couloirs. Le confort du divan lit pour mon fils de 12 ans était très limite… il était important qu’il ait une bonne nuit ayant une compétition sportive importante le lendemain…. Pour notre expérience, ne vaut pas la note annoncée au départ.

We hebben zeer goed geslapen in deze zeer rustig, temidden van de natuur gelegen accommodatie.
Pros:

De locatie was prachtig gelegen in een groot, zeer mooi onderhouden domein temidden van het groen. Ook was er een jacuzzi en sauna waar we spijtig genoeg geen tijd voor hadden. De kamer was zeer proper en het bed was prima. Toilet was apart wat echt een pluspunt is. Zeer mooie inloopdouche met onmiddellijk warm water. Spijtig dat die in de kamer gelegen was met een doorschijnende glazen wand. Ik was vergezeld van een persoon waar ik eigenlijk geen relatie mee heb. Gelukkig was er een 2de ruimte aansluitend aan de kamer met zetel, bureeltje, een grote spiegel en de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te maken zodat we mekaars privacy konden respecteren.

Cons:

Een minpunt waar de eigenaar echter niets kan aan veranderen omdat de woning geklasseerd is : er is geen lift, geen toelating voor gekregen. Onze kamer was op de 2de verdieping, zeer veel trappen in deze statige herenwoning maar het zeer vriendelijke personeel bracht de bagage naar boven. Branddeuren waren wel aanwezig, alles volledig in orde met de wetgeving.

Een aanrader voor iedereen
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, niets was teveel voor de uitbater. Top.

Cons:

Wij hebben geen negatieve punten, alleen dat er geen lift aanwezig is kan voor sommige mensen problematisch zijn. Zeker wanneer je op de 2de verdieping verblijft.

Ruime kame, goede service/faciliteiten en een koninklijk ontbijt voor slechts 20,- de neus.
Pros:

De goede service en de bereidzaamheid om te helpen. Ondanks dat taal lastig was (nederlands of engels), werd er zeker de moeite gedaan om elkaar alsnog te begrijpen.

Cons:

Hoewel er niks tegen viel had de iformering omtrent de Wifi wel bij het inchecken gekunt. Ook de uitleg omtrent het sauna/jakoezie gebruik in relatie tot de badjas/slippers, maar dit had ook kunnen komen door ons gebrekkig frans.

Pros:

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer, hygiënisch en handdoeken werden zelfs ververst na 1 dag.
Aangenaam met sauna en jacuzzi.
Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt was verzorgd.

Great hotel and great staff!
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, glad we stopped there. Unfortunatly did get chance to stop for food as flying visit while at the track for a day, but looked nice food. The room was great - massive!

On arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful, even though I had to resort to Google translate (my bad!)

Even though at the top of the hill, the hotel is well positioned to get back to at night, if in the town. One straight road takes you straight there and back.
