Le petit déjeuner à revoir
L'emplacement, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, la piscine et la vue sur la mer et le volcan
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas copieux! Il manquait beaucoup de chose, nous allions déjeuner ailleurs après avoir pris une assiette de fruits.
Des chiens sont présents dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel alors qu'ils sont refusés à l'entrée. Be le suis même fait lêcher la cuisse un matin au petit dejeuner.
Les chambres sont bien plus chères que ce que nous pouvons trouver sur AMED.

Location great and very clean
Grat hotel, everything you need. Very clean and tidy, plenty of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as well as ample toiletries. Breakfast was a terrific buffet, with eggs cooked to order also. Pool is great, plus it is right on the beach for easy ocean access. Food in the restaurant was very good.
It was difficult at times to get a drink. We stayed with two other couples and at different times the restaurant ran out of beer, wine and ingredients for a lot of the cocktails on the menu, and not because of excessive drinking. There was just very minimal stocks of everything. The restaurant area also gets shut down quite early, which doesn't encourage a long evening of dinner and drinks around the pool table, which is right next to the bar. Other than that it was great.

Les oreillers et les draps ne sentaient pas bon, on a demandé à ce qu’ils les changent, mais l’odeur était toujours là et le lendemain de même avec les nouveaux oreillers. La literie n’est pas confortable. Nous sommes bien loin des standards Balinais pour ce prix là (par exemple qu’une seul oreiller par personne). La chambre n’est pas bien entretenu, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas par exemple et il y avait des traces d’humidité et des fissures. Enfin, une montagne de moustique dans la chambre. Bref on s’attendait vraiment à mieux en réservant.

The location is amazing as well as the staff and the pool area. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was the beds were very firm BUT we have experienced this all through Asia and I think it’s just the way their beds are.
Pool working till 11pm, very comfortable king bed
Upgrade for family room was 2x price difference between standard prices, especially when you can provide not for the whole stay.
