good place at budget price.
Pros:

location, food ok. restaurant closes by 3.00 pm, which gives inconvenience. hot water for bathing is available by 6 am only, wchich can be advanced to. 5 am. utilities water is little salty.

Cons:

staff response is good in all aspects. cleanliness is ok. located near to bus station, hotels etc

Pros:

The size of the room was good and the staff was nice. The bathroom smell was ok but not incredible. Wifi was working

Cons:

Water bottle was not included, ac was not working, the smell of washing products was terrible. Bed sheet not clean, room could be cleaner. They also woke me up by drilling and phone call every morning...

Pros:

The property is close to the bus stand which was continent for the first time traveler to Pondicherry.
Useless but antique type toilet flush, I never seen before.

Cons:

The room available was in the 3rd floor ant there is no lift. So we had to carry our own luggage (no staff support) all the way up. Drinking water is provided with extra charges.
