Highly recommend to spend your leisure time there
Pros:

I loved the breakfast. It was not big but had absolutely everything for any taste. Location is great, exactly in city centre and very nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff and I even got small gift after checking out. It was adorable

Cons:

The toilet and shower under the transparent glass, so if you like privacy it’s a bit challenging to use

Funkcionalistický hotel v centru Brna, povedená rekonstrukce hotelu, celkem vstřícný personál.

Cons:

Důležitou architektonickou i společenskou součástí hotelu je jeho restaurační část: cukrárna na střešní terase, restaurace v 1. patře a bistro v přízemí. Všechny 3 provozy jsou trvale uzavřeny!!! To dokazuje naprostou manažerskou neschopnost majitele hotelu, pana Berouska. V ikonickém hotelu na takovém místě a prázdné prostory??? Poloprázdné restaurační provozy jsou prezentovány jako muzeum - vstup od 8 - 10, pro hotelové hosty zdarma - nejedná se ovšem o muzeum v pravém slova smyslu, ale spíše o odkladiště stolů, židlí, také vysavače a promítacího plátna, zbytků jakési výstavy a kelímků po jakési akci.
Hotel potřebuje zlepšit profesionální údržbu - viz fota - volně přístupná šachta z koupelny nás doslova šokovala, větrák v koupelně nefungoval, okno se nesmělo otevírat. Oprava díry ve stropě a dlaždic! Téměř 24 hodin nefungoval výtah - náš pokoj byl v 9. patře.
Náš pokoj byl bohužel umístěn vedle pokoje pana majitele Berouska, takže jsme ho několkrát potkali - nikdy však nepozdravil - poslední noc jsme se pak kvůli němu nevyspali, protože cca od 2 do 4 v noci sledoval fotbal, řval, hýkal a hekal tak, že jsme nezamhouřili oko - když jsme služně žádali o ticho, řval (a to doslova) i na nás. Prostě noční cirkus. Tak takhle jsme si hoteliéra nóbl hotelu nepředstavovali.
Hotel vybírá zálohu na případné poškození vybavení ve výši 2500 - s tím jsme se dosud u nás ani v zahraničí nesetkali.
Litujeme, ale již nikdy do tohoto hotelu nepřijedeme a budeme varovat všechny naše známé.

Style sympa… Bon emplacement.

Cons:

20 minutes d'attente pour le check-in qui faisait l'enregistrement d'un groupe (qui aurait pu être anticipé !).
Et une caution demandée par rapport au risque de dégradation de la chambre !
Le client ne semble pas au centre des préoccupations de l'organisation de cet hôtel…

Schönes Hotel, super Lage. Alles sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut.
Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über Brünn.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
