Disappointing
Pros:

The location, the gym etc.

Cons:

I was allocated at room on the first floor with a window that looked directly at a wall. Limited natural light. The room was also just above the Gym and trying to rest with thumping music and a screaming personal trainer from the spinning class. I did complain, but no rooms were available. I feel from the reaction that this is not the first time people had complained. It is difficult to stay ina room with very limited natural light.

Conveniently located for the station and only a short walk into the centre of the city. Overall, nice decor and lovely staff.

Cons:

The room was very compact with limited storage space. The bed was also pretty hard so not as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed at.

Cons:

Very very small room, no place to put clothes. Only a place to stay for one or two nights because of the size of the rooms. Why does a reasonably expensive hotel provide the cheapest toilet paper available I don't know
