Pros:

Good and comfortable stay. The view was good from the breakfast place. The staff was kind. The breakfast was good with a lot of Sri Lankan specialities. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

Best views in Ella. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The views are stunning, looking over the best views in Ella. Amazing to have a balcony to experience the views. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom was clean and functional. Lift very helpful to get bags up the stairs.

Cons:

Location is up a very steep hill, cars had to drop us at the bottom but the staff were very helpful with bags so this was fine. Based slightly out of town so have to get transport in, tuk tuks are easy to navigate. Had to pay in cash as card machine wasn't working. Rustic breakfast and communal areas.

Un’accoglienza calorosa ad Ella
Pros:

Una bellissima vista ed una buona posizione. Le camere sono ben arredate . Il proprietario ci ha fatto cambiare con una camera con una vista migliore della camera scelta, in quanto era libera . Colazione abbondante e ricca (anche per vegetariani)

Schöne Aussicht das war’s aber auch schon.
Pros:

Die Fotos Spiegeln nicht die Realität wieder. Alles wirkt sehr dunkel, veraltet und billig. Uns wurde bei Ankunft unsere Zimmer gezeigt, was der absolute Horror war, dunkel und Fenster war Richtung Küche. Natürlich hatten wir die Möglichkeit ein teureres Zimmer zunehmen! Die billigen Zimmer sind nicht wohnbar! Das Frühstück haben wir garnicht erst probiert. Es wirkte etwas unhygienisch.
Wenn man das Hotel toll findet und buchen möchte, dann wegen der wahnsinnigen tollen Aussicht. Dann muss man aber ein teurer neues Zimmer buchen.Der Rest ist es nicht wert.

Zu Fuss ist man in 20-30min Bergabwärts in Ella. War schwierig ein tuktuk zu finden. In Ella verlangen sie unmöglich hohe tuktuk Preise, die tuktuk fahrer sind sehr unhöflich, wenn man nicht für 3min Fahrt 10,- doller zahlen möchte!

Cons:

Family hotel, the manager is very unfriendly and the service is poor. The bed linen and towels are not clean and worn - washed by hand and hung to dry on the roof, the room is dirty, there was a leak in the toilet. There is no hot water, when we told the hotel owner he didn't care at all. Breakfast is served in dishes that are not pleasant to eat in. Not all rooms have air conditioning. The hotel is far from the center and there are no restaurants nearby. Definitely not a 4-star hotel!!!

Aardig verblijf op rustige locatie.
Pros:

We kregen direct een upgrade bij aankomst naar wat luxere kamers.
De kamers zijn erg netjes.
Mooi uitzicht richting little adams peak en ella rock.
Super vriendelijke staf.

Cons:

Ze zijn momenteel aan het bouwen recht voor het hotel, dat oogt wat minder fraai.
Ook wel logisch want wat er staat is wel wat gedateerd.
Het ontbijt is niet zo goed als op andere plekken waar we zijn geweest.
En om naar t centrum te komen heb je eigenlijk wel een tuktuk of busje nodig qua afstand.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Great balcony area with amazing views. All staff were very friendly and helpful and good breakfast spread each morning. Arranged tuk tuks when needed, whether for going down to Ella town or for any excursions. We also used laundry service and was very quick.

Cons:

Nothing would definitely recommend.

Great stay in the hills of Ella! Nice view and breakfast!
Pros:

The view from the room balcony is great. We liked the nice breakfast (hoppers, omelette, fruits, etc.) and room was comfortable (large bed, large bathroom). The staff was friendly.
