Amazing.
Pros:

What an amazing village. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Zante, this would be it. Konstadina with guest relations was an amazing host and was always available for anything we needed. Demetris was our poolside bartender who crafted anything my kids wanted!! Every single staff member made you feel VIP. The views left us speechless. Their farm to table restaurant comes from their own garden. 20/20 experience. Thank you.

Cons:

Everything was amazing. Would love to have SUP for the water.

Pour un hôtel de ce prix, le personnel dans les restaurants est vraiment très amateur: aucune expérience, aucune personne responsable…plein de gens qui sont comme « poules pas de tête ». Toujours aux alentours de table pour re remplir ton verre lorsqu’il est déjà plein! Aucune formation du personnel dans les restos…on dirait le jour de la marmotte à chaque matin et aucune dîner! Très décevant pour un tel niveau d’hôtel!!!

Pros:

Great spot, super professional and considerate staff, restaurants quality and diversity on the menus are really something.
Kids club is close to perfection, the girls are super kind and flexible, always super peaceful to get the kids confortable.
The place is super clean, you quickly realize that the staff has an eye everywhere to keep the place at a high standard.
Bostani farm and the fruits/vegetables garden is something we would like to see more often in 5* hotels, such as the greek taverna that feels like being in the heart of a small village (every day with a different theme and festivities).
Of course, the many pools are perfect for families, really clean with fantastic views.
Swimming pool in the rooms are a + for sure, Rooms are peaceful and well maintained.
Hotel is super safe for kids and they feel relax very quickly, like being at home.
Management team is doing a real work there, with a lot of kindness and professionalism, that's really something.
This is what a 5* hotel should be always like, 10/10 no matter what but with simplicity and goodwill.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr gepflegt, sehr grün, sehr ruhig. Eigener Strand. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett. Tolles Frühstück. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, tolles Hotel.

Cons:

Essen hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es war an manchen Tagen sehr gut und an anderen einfach nur ok.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen!

Magical expierence and stay.
Pros:

The stay far exceeded our every expectation. We stayed for our honeymoon and we were treated so kindly. The property is beautiful and peaceful and the staff were exceptional. We cant wait to return to Lesante for a future visit.

Eine der besten Unterkünften die wir je erlebt haben.

Mehr geht nicht.
Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr guter Service.
Unser Ansprechpartner Panos war super höflich und professionell.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und überall herrschte eine sehr angenehme entspannte Stimmung.
Auch der Service bei den Mahlzeiten war umfänglich. Unser sehr sympathischer Ansprechpartner Nikos zeigte uns alles ausführlich und wir hatten ein hervorragendes Dinner.
Eine Oase außerhalb des Massentourismus.

Prachtig hotel maar persoonlijk vinden we het te duur voor wat je krijgt, zeker wat betrefthet eten.
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel en personeel in restaurants en bar heel vriendelijk

Cons:

We hadden half board en dan kon je ‘s avonds alleen maar kiezen uit 2 of 3 hoofdgerechten. Voorgerecht was geen keuze. Heel vaak in een ander restaurant in het hotel gegeten maar dan werd er maar 20 euro per persoon in mindering gebracht waardoor het heel duur werd. Bij aankomst hebben ze ons meer dan 4 uur laten wachten voor we op de kamer konden. Andere mensen die veel later toekwamen konden veel sneller op de kamer. De transfer naar de luchthaven vroegen ze 75 euro voor terwijl taxirit 30 euro was, mag duurder zijn maar dit vonden we wel een groot verschil.
