Beautiful resort, friendly staff, and a stunning pool!
Pros:

The swimming pool area is absolutely stunning, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night.

Cons:

There are only two small points that could be improved. At the breakfast buffet, the bacon and egg dishes were cold, which was a little disappointing. Also, it would be a nice touch if guests received a complimentary bottle of water in the room every day, rather than only on arrival. This is something we would expect from a five-star hotel.

Un personnel au petit soin malgré le fait certain ne parle pas français ils essayent de faire leur mieux pour vous mettre dans les meilleurs conditions, les petits dej avec buffet sont excellent, et le confort des lits aussi tout pour passer une agréable une nuit, le cadre de l’hôtel c’est très beau à l’intérieur avec un certain charme et ces constructions de mur faites en pierre

Plusieurs point négatif. Le prix excessif il n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes, à tout ceux qui veulent y aller réfléchissez deux fois, les piscines bord de mer ne sont pas propres à l’intérieur… y a de la saleté j’ai pas filmé mais dont l’information j’ai signalé au directeur de l’établissement. les prises des chambres sont encore à l’ancienne, et parfois la communication tarde à se faire au téléphone quand on demande quelque chose, c’est vraiment dommage sinon le reste c’est un beau hôtel mais qui ne mérite pas un tel prix désolé…

Amazing.
Pros:

What an amazing village. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Zante, this would be it. Konstadina with guest relations was an amazing host and was always available for anything we needed. Demetris was our poolside bartender who crafted anything my kids wanted!! Every single staff member made you feel VIP. The views left us speechless. Their farm to table restaurant comes from their own garden. 20/20 experience. Thank you.

Cons:

Everything was amazing. Would love to have SUP for the water.

Pour un hôtel de ce prix, le personnel dans les restaurants est vraiment très amateur: aucune expérience, aucune personne responsable…plein de gens qui sont comme « poules pas de tête ». Toujours aux alentours de table pour re remplir ton verre lorsqu’il est déjà plein! Aucune formation du personnel dans les restos…on dirait le jour de la marmotte à chaque matin et aucune dîner! Très décevant pour un tel niveau d’hôtel!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr gepflegt, sehr grün, sehr ruhig. Eigener Strand. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett. Tolles Frühstück. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Pros:

Great spot, super professional and considerate staff, restaurants quality and diversity on the menus are really something.
Kids club is close to perfection, the girls are super kind and flexible, always super peaceful to get the kids confortable.
The place is super clean, you quickly realize that the staff has an eye everywhere to keep the place at a high standard.
Bostani farm and the fruits/vegetables garden is something we would like to see more often in 5* hotels, such as the greek taverna that feels like being in the heart of a small village (every day with a different theme and festivities).
Of course, the many pools are perfect for families, really clean with fantastic views.
Swimming pool in the rooms are a + for sure, Rooms are peaceful and well maintained.
Hotel is super safe for kids and they feel relax very quickly, like being at home.
Management team is doing a real work there, with a lot of kindness and professionalism, that's really something.
This is what a 5* hotel should be always like, 10/10 no matter what but with simplicity and goodwill.

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, tolles Hotel.

Cons:

Essen hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es war an manchen Tagen sehr gut und an anderen einfach nur ok.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen!
Service war ausgezeichnet.
