A beautiful and relaxing hotel, but several service issues and one very serious hygiene incident fell well below the sta
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and well designed, and the first few days of our stay were very pleasant and relaxing. The property is clean, the surroundings are beautiful, and overall we enjoyed our time there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues that we would not expect from a hotel belonging to The Leading Hotels of the World.

The most serious happened when we opened one of the hotel’s branded cardboard water bottles and drank directly from it. The water tasted strange, so we poured it into a glass and discovered cigarette butts inside the bottle. We immediately informed the hotel. Initially, we were simply offered a doctor and another bottle of water. The following day I approached reception again to ask whether management had anything further to say. They apologized and said they would get back to us. The next day we received a €30 bottle of champagne and some fruit.

We found the response surprisingly minimal considering the seriousness of what had happened. We had unknowingly consumed water that had been contaminated with used cigarettes.

There were also several smaller service issues. Orders were occasionally forgotten or mixed up; one morning I waited around 30 minutes for an omelette before eventually leaving, and on another occasion we found a hair in one of our dishes. That dish was replaced without issue.

Overall, we still had a relaxing stay, but these incidents—and particularly the contaminated water bottle—were far below what we expected from a hotel positioned at this level. We were also disappointed by the limited effort made to address the situation afterward.

המלון מאוד יפה, שירות מהמם, קידס קלאב מדהים הילדה מאוד אהבה

Cons:

ביום שהגענו במיטה של הילדה היה חול ובחדר רחצה היה מלא נמלים. בגלל שהגענו מאוחר ב22:30 לקח זמן עד שהחליפו סדינים. אבל מאז הם טיפלו בנמלים וניקו חדר כמה פעמים ביום.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff, and a stunning pool!
Pros:

The swimming pool area is absolutely stunning, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night.

Cons:

There are only two small points that could be improved. At the breakfast buffet, the bacon and egg dishes were cold, which was a little disappointing. Also, it would be a nice touch if guests received a complimentary bottle of water in the room every day, rather than only on arrival. This is something we would expect from a five-star hotel.
