Pros:

1. Spacious room with 3 double beds. Suitable for those travelling with big families.
2. The location - many shops / restaurants nearby. Also close to Mydin Mall.
3. Helpful and friendly staff
4. 3 shower rooms & 2 toilets
5.Their rooms got themes which kids would enjoy. This is my second stay here by the way.
6. Easy checking in and out.
7. I really love the concept of this hotel because it caters to travellers with many family members but who dont prefer apartment/homestay type (like me).

Cons:

1. One of the bedside plug points isnt working.
2. The wall plug point isnt working
3. There's no plug point at the tv cabinet to use with the water heater so we ended up boiling our water on the bedside table which is inconvenient & dangerous since we got babies and kids.
4.It's quite hard to wash / clean the mugs,cutleries or the water heater because of how the sink & water tap is built.

The staff who assisted us over the phone were helpful and responsive.

Cons:

The room air conditioner is very slow to cool. The hotel shows different types of rooms, but not all have multiple bathrooms—the photos are misleading.
Worst of all, housekeeping is only done upon request, but this wasn’t clearly informed. We only found out on the second day. When they finally cleaned, it was very minimal and they even asked what we wanted cleaned instead of doing everything.

Het zijn leuke verrassende suites, anders als anders, het is schoon en het personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De locatie. Het was wel erg ver van het centrum maar wel dichtbij het busstation.

Alhamdulillah, pengalaman menginap di hotel ini memang sangat memuaskan. Interior bilik sangat eksklusif dan selesa, memang terasa berbaloi dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Suasana bilik yang luas dan bersih membuatkan kami seisi keluarga rasa tenang sepanjang penginapan.

Kemudahan yang disediakan juga lengkap seperti sejadah, TV, iron, toiletries dan kettle — semuanya memudahkan urusan harian kami tanpa perlu risau membawa banyak barang sendiri.

Tempat ini sangat sesuai untuk keluarga, terutama yang mempunyai anak kecil kerana ruang bilik yang luas dan persekitaran yang selesa. Secara keseluruhan, memang satu pilihan penginapan yang terbaik dan pasti akan datang lagi insyaAllah.
