A good budget stay, as always.
Pros:

For me, whenever I come to Mangalore, Cosmo Lodge is a go-to place for a stay because of its affordable pricing and easy access to the heart of the city. You are just a few steps away from the railway station, private bus stand, and nearby malls and places.

I would, any day, suggest this place if you are on a budget and need a stay for a short period of time. The staff are also really friendly, easy to communicate with, and very helpful and cooperative, as always.

Cons:

For me, there is only one improvement I would suggest: the cleanliness of the room, particularly, and better air ventilation. These are the areas that really need improvement; otherwise, everything looks good for the price it offers.

One small suggestion based on my recent visit is to handle internal coordination more smoothly in front of customers. There was a booking confusion at check-in, and while it was managed, it felt a bit awkward to experience.

Please note that all of these are just suggestions. To be honest, it has always been a good stay whenever I was there, but these small improvements can really make it the best stay for everyone who comes.
