Will not come again due to tremendous noise and discomfort
Pros:

Politeness of the staff

Cons:

The continuous thud noise and chaos from the kitchen on the upper floor till midnight. Was not able to sleep at all. The mattresses are too too soft.

Cons:

I booked an Uber cab through the hotel reception for the airport on 27 th November morning. Instead of the amount shown while booking as around Rs 220/ the cab driver on reaching showed an amount to be paid as app Rs 550/ which included Uber One membership. Next day I requested the hotel by mail to furnish the invoice from Uber which the hotel would have received in their mobile to take up with Uber for refund.of excess amount. But the hotel didn't bother to even respond to my mail. Regards. Venkataramani.
