Dobre położenie koło plaży w centrum Kuty. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, duży i czysty basen położony w pięknym ogrodzie z tropikalną roślinnością i świątynią. Możliwość zakupienia śniadań, obiadów i kolacji w niskiej cenie w hotelowej restauracji. Dobre Wi-Fi.
Mieliśmy ze znajomym pokoje standard, które wymagają kapitalnego remontu są też pokoje w wyższej klasie ale nie wiem jak wyglądają dla mało wymagających, którzy nastawiają się na zwiedzanie można jakoś przetrzymać.

Das Hotel liegt in einer super ruhigen Gegend! Es befindet sich in der gegenüberliegenden Straße vielen Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkten. Der Strand war ebenfalls in der Nähe, ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns erlaubt, unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out dort zu lassen, damit wir es später abholen konnten.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Für den Preis habe ich nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil, ich kann es nur loben. Die Angestellten sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wij komen hier al jarenlang terug. De locatie is perfect, het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het is super betaalbaar voor het comfort dat je krijgt. Ook het ontbijt is echt goed voor die prijs!
Helaas is het wifi-signaal al jaren vrij zwak.

Hotel Sorga is the perfect escape from the busy Kuta atmosphere, but still central enough to be close to everything you need. The staff are always so lovely and the property is beyond beautiful for the price. Terima kasih banyak!!
Environment is good chilling,
Rooms smells odour and dusty , hotel little bit inside from kuta beach and main road so walking through the narrow street it's little bit dangerous lot of street dogs take position in night, they may restrict your free movement
Es un hotel muy lindo, cómodo y los trabajadores muy amables
Está muy mal cuidado, muy pero muy sucio, la habitación era un asco, no ventilan, ese baño no se hace no se hace cuánto tiempo, la tina muy sucia, el lavamanos también mucha mugre pegada, yo tuve k comprar un liquido para limpiar el baño porque me daba asco usarlo así, las sábanas tenían una mancha a plena vista, veladores sucios, y un mueble con espejo tenía hasta los vasos marcados ahí encima, el closset con mal olor, yo tuve mi ropa en la maleta todo el tiempo, en general por lo menos la habitación k me tocó a mi estaba muy sucia.
La piscina y su hamaca. El jardín balines. La cama cómoda y el espacio limpio. El aire acondicionado que funciona bien. Desayuno básico pero completo.
El baño es anticuado y tiene una bañera alta y bastante peligrosa.

Toilettet var utæt på det ene værelse, så der løb vand fra det ud på gulvet, på det andet værelse kunne der nærmest ikke trækkes ud, det var nærmest umuligt at komme i bad på værelset, der kom ikke særlig meget vand ud af bruseren. Der er ikke sæbe til at vaske hænder efter toiletbesøg.
