Автономне живлення отсутствовало, а это было основной причиной выбора.

Cons:

Было заявлено автономне живлення и по этой причине был выбран отель, а по факту при отключении электричества в номере не было света, хотя лифт работал. И меня поселили в номер, куда вела узкая лестница, где нижние перила шатались, а когда не было света, даже при наличии фонаря внизу на полу с ребенком на руках это было небезопасно. А при выселении просто спросили - вы на нас не обиделись?

За таку ціну не знайдете кращого житла + за весь час поряд не було жодної ракети та дрона.
Pros:

Все сподобалося, навіть коли виїхав раніше, повернули частину коштів.
Техніка вся працювала, посуд був, під час відключень навіть працювала станція резервного живлення, тож світло було.
В домі є паркінг, в який можна було спуститися під час тривоги.
Ввічливий та приємний персонал.

Cons:

Під час відключень доводилось підніматися пішки, але це не питання до помешкання, а до будинку.
Не було води, оскільки насоси не працювали.

Чудовий варіант за свої гроші.
Pros:

Чудовий вид із 25 поверху. Але в теперішній час це важко назвати перевагою. Укриття в наявності, тестувати не довелось.
