Проживание оставило смешанные впечатления.
Pros:

Из плюсов — удобное расположение рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, новый жилой комплекс и наличие кондиционера. Окна выходят на солнечную сторону, поэтому, когда я зашла в номер, там было очень жарко, но хорошо что был кондиционер. В номере также не было питьевой воды. Но здесь хочу отметить администратора: когда я обратилась с этим вопросом, мне без проблем выдали графин питьевой воды, за что большое спасибо.

Cons:

При этом есть несколько существенных минусов. Ресепшен находится на 25-м этаже, а чтобы попасть в мой номер, после этого нужно было подняться ещё на один этаж пешком по лестнице. С чемоданом это было совсем неудобно.

Также номер не соответствовал информации в объявлении. В описании и на фотографиях была указана кухня, однако фактически полноценной кухни в моём номере не было: отсутствовали раковина и плита, поэтому приготовить еду было невозможно. Посуду и чашку можно было помыть только в ванной комнате.

Сам номер уже довольно старый, мебель и оборудование изношенные. Это особенно расстроило, поскольку при бронировании я ориентировалась на хорошие отзывы и ожидала гораздо лучшего состояния апартаментов.

Отдельный минус — душевая лейка была сломана и не держалась на нужном уровне, поэтому принимать душ было неудобно.

В целом за такую стоимость я ожидала значительно большего. На мой взгляд, за эти деньги в Киеве можно найти гораздо более комфортные и современные апартаменты, в том числе в центре города, рядом с Крещатиком.

Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на состояние номера, исправность оборудования и, самое главное, на соответствие информации в объявлении реальным условиям проживания.

Pros:

Чисто, гарно і прекрасний вид з вікна, приємний персонал

Cons:

Під час нашого перебування, був обстріл. В будівлі є паркінг, але там взагалі нема де присісти. Ми були з двома дітьми і простояти пів ночі в паркінгу це дуже важко. З побажань, можна в номері розмістити хочаб декілька розкладних стільців

Pros:

Сподобалось все🔥 По-перше -розташування,не далеко від вокзалу, по-друге -привітність адміністратора і те,що пішли на зустріч і заселення було раніше.Тихо,затишно,чисто.Залюбки приїду знову.
