Дуже комфортно в помешканні, дуже привітний персонал. Ми загубили павербанк коли виїзжали, раній виїзд, коли помітили одразу звернулись до підтримки помешкання, адміністратор дуже швидко реагувала та відправили нам павербанк новою поштою. Велика подяка! Дякуємо

В данном случае выбор гостиницы был продиктован необходимостью пребывания в Киев в течении короткого времени. Искала гостиницу, расположенную близко от железнодорожного вокзала, и с соотношением цена-качество. Должна сказать, что Kiev Railway Station удовлетворил обоим этим качествам. Номер совсем небольшой, но цель - удобно переночевать, для этого были все условия; чисто, душ, полотенца, удобная постель, холодильник, телевизор, чайник, чтобы приготовить чай. Правда, желательно иметь два стула в номере, рассчитанном на двоих, Администратор приветливый и внимательный, несколько раз связывался со мной предварительно для уточнения времени пребывания , был прислан подробный план расположения гостиницы. Думаю, что все-таки нужно на фасаде дома, где она находится, разместить ее название, так как нет никаких опознавательных знаков ее месторасположение, это смущает. Удовлетворена пребыванием, ожидания не обмануты, буду пользоваться в следующий раз. , Спасибо.

Вид из окна 25 этажа был превосходный, персонал очень хороший, всегда помогают, наличие одноразовых тапочек, наличие хорошего фена

Запах в номере, отсутствие полотенцесушилки, полочки в ванной, где вешать полотенца после купания не извесно, мыло/шампунь ....уже можно было поставить хорошие, страшно брать даже такие банки в руки, а за содержимое молчу
