It's not worthy for this price. Rooms are very small. There is no lift too. Staff are not responsible. We stayed 2 days. They didn't clean the room on second day. It was very dirty. They gave the key without cleaning. 2 nd day there was no water to bath. They are telling to take bath in next room. Very worst experience. Location is just opposite to bus stand. Very disturbing vehicle sounds even in the night time. We felt like sleeping in the platform. I'll never suggest this for anyone.

Don’t choose this hotel for your stay, as my experience was quite disappointing. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but was given only a king-size bed, which was not comfortable for four people. There were no basic services like room service, landline, or even essentials like toothpaste and morning snacks. The TV in my room was not working, and even after informing the receptionist through my personal phone, no action was taken. The overall service and facilities were very poor. It is definitely not worth paying ₹2500 for this kind of experience.

Room was clean. Hotel has drinking water facility which is very much needed.

Cons:

There is no hospitality. When i entered reception staff asked me with an arrogant look what is needed. I said i booked a room and then he said pay me the remaining amount and he has given the key of the room. No courtesy to even ask a guest to take a seat eventhough there is a sofa in the reception. While vacating also i have given the key and he received the key with same arrogant face and put it in his drawer. Hotel staff hospitality is ZERO.

Will never recommend if anyone planning to go with family
Pros:

Worst experience I had with them. Even though I had booked room and confirmed over booking.com hotel refused to give my room at the time of arrival.

I had to run searching another hotel with my family. Very bad experience. Will never forget in my life.
