The owners were very nice and the breakfast was really lovely.
This BnB not hotel was wrongly advertised as it was advertised as having a bar which is why we chose it but there was no bar and as it was a special occasion this was not good at all , and therefore we will never use booking. com ever again.
The location was perfect, just outside Looe, in the countryside and easy access to everything. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We found the hotel cosy and clean and the breakfast was excellent and lots of choice, very good. Lovely garden to relax in, plenty of space. Would stay again!

We liked the cleanliness and location of the property. The owners Gill and Martin were both very welcoming and approachable if needed without being overwhelming.

My daughter and I went and stayed in a room she took up all the space on a small double should have had a twin bed instead.
The Polraen Country House is a lovely, grand old stone building, situated in the beautiful and peaceful, valley setting, a couple of miles inland from Looe. The hosts were fantastic guides and ambassadors, and are a credit to Looe, and Cornwall.
