В номере чисто и тихо. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Единственное, что нет фена, но я попросила у администратора.

Pros:

The location is great, surrounded by everything you would need such as shopping centres, currency exchange points, pharmacies and good transport links as well as plenty of places with delicious food.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is no washing machines on site, so just keep it in mind if you staying for a quite a long period of time, but there are places around where you can do your washing. The price is great for 12 nights, very happy with that. Air conditioning superb, toiletries - yes 👍 and you can always ask for a hairdryer at the reception.

Forget to mention, that the lady at the reception is our hero! We had a very late check in as we got stuck on the border, so I let them know and they waited for us till midnight, much appreciated, thank you very much! ❤️🌸

Cons:

Only couple of things I think could have a potential improvement and firstly it's the bed. The mattress is firm, but I think the main issue was just a pillow, they were hanging on their dear life, doesn't even feel like you sleeping on one😅 And there was a bit of a smell coming out of a drain, because I assume it wasn't cleaned properly, a bit noise you might hear at night but it's not critical.

Pros:

Цілодобова стійка реєстрації. Персонал на рецепції одразу відповіла по телефону і дуже ввічливо пояснила, як знайти вхід через паркінг . Дуже приємно.
Є кондиціонер, чиста білосніжна постіль.

Cons:

Міні холодильник зовсім слабо холодить.

Pros:

Розташування. Напроти отелю одразу продуктовий магазин.
Все чисто, постіль білосніжна. Тихе місце. Велика парковка.
Після звернення до адміністратора про забитий сток в душовій, сантехнік прийшов за 20 хвилин і швидко все полагодив.

Плюси та недоліки готелю Advenus
Pros:

Сподобалося місце розташування цього готелю:неподалік великий торговий центр,де є все необхідне.Також звідси на таксі недалеко і до залізничного вокзалу і до інших локацій.Також чудова дівчинка на рецепції, відповіла на всі запитання

Cons:

Не сподобалося,що не працює ліфт,бо все ж таки ми були з валізами. Також заїзд і захід в готель тільки чомусь через парковку
