Friendly staff and great breakfast
Staff are excellent, very helpful
Nothing, perfect
The staff were very friendly. Mary and Helen made you feel very welcome
I would love the shower to be a bit more powerful but it did not detract from our stay
Very good
Bed and pillows to firm
The owner and the staff were fabulous. I can't fault anything. We were doing the Wicklow 200 cycle, we were leaving at 5am. We were able to have cereal and also they made us tea and toast. We were late back after the cycle and the chef kept us a dinner each because dinner time was over by the time we got back. The bar staff were lovely and had a great atmosphere there. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the Town House Hotel. Definitely stay here again.
Staff and food
Not best location and s little tired, particularly out back.
Location and friendliness of staff
Spotless clean, food was amazing staff was so friendly
I wish I could of stayed longer
1.Great staff, very friendly and welcoming.
2. Very good breakfast (apart from INSTANT coffee and "carton" OJ) and availability after checkout is a great bonus.
3. Secure car park.
4.Good location.
Lock on room door a bit tricky and could probably do with upgrading security wise.
Bedroom floor sticky. Breakfast area not very clean
Very clean room and bedding
Hearty breakfast
I would stay again
Location of the Town House makes it very easy to use public transport to get there, and to travel into Dublin if needed. It is also very walkable within the town of Naas, close to all the pubs and restaurants, as well as to cafes and the supermarket. The included breakfast was tasty. The staff were more than helpful, even calling a taxi for us upon our departure.
The room itself was fine, but there was little soundproofing, and we were woken up by other guests returning to their rooms late at night, we were also able to hear music from a party/function downstairs, but this stopped at about 10pm. The bathroom was quite disappointing. Firstly, the size of the bathroom, and particularly the shower, was very very small. This was not helped by the fact that there was no built in/permanent shelving in the shower. On top of this, the shower itself was very difficult to use, with no instruction. It was either roasting hot, or freezing, with very precise positioning required to get the right temps. The shower itself being so small meant it was also very easy to accidentally bump the shower controls and mess up the settings, potentially hurting yourself. If you are big, you would need an adaptive bathroom (there is also a step up to the bathroom). Also note, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your luggage up some narrow stairs.
