Perfecta estancia en puro centro
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, piscina y comedor con vistas a arrozales y da justo enfrente del MonkeyForest, el desayuno es tipo buffet continental y la comida del restaurante también era bueno. Una ve que entras dentro del hotel ya no se escucha el ruido del centro!

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and humble, truly deserving of a 10/10. Balinese people are my favourite because of their genuine hospitality and warm, caring nature, and the team at this hotel reflected that every single day. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they were always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed, never once disappointing us.

What stood out most during our stay was the wonderful staff. Their sincerity, patience, and thoughtful service made us feel genuinely cared for and at home. Every interaction was filled with kindness, and their hospitality made our experience truly memorable. May God bless them all.

Cons:

The resort has a beautiful location, spacious rooms, and lovely views, but the property itself feels quite dated and needs renovation. There were lizards around the property, especially in the room. Despite requesting fresh pillow covers daily, they were often stained, and the pillows, bed linen, bed runner, and decorative cushions had an unpleasant smell, as if they had not been properly cleaned. It was disappointing, especially when the hotel states that guests are charged for staining linen.

The bathroom was spacious but lacked a hand spray, although one was available in the guest restroom near the breakfast area. There was also no full-length mirror, and the bathtub shower leaked.

Breakfast was average, with limited variety for some guests, and the food was not always well covered, with ants and insects around.

None of these issues reflect the staff, who were exceptional and always willing to help. The management should pay more attention to guest feedback, as similar concerns have been mentioned in reviews. The staff, location, and stunning views were truly the highlights of our stay.

Super hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

C’est très joli, c’est juste à côté de la montagne avec les singes, c’est vraiment un oasis de tranquillité des très petits Prix, une très belle équipe depuis la réception jusqu’au Restaurant et aux personnes de la piscine et des chambres. Bravo sur toute ligne.

Lovely hotel, great location, fab breakfast & wonderful staff
Pros:

Great location - near shops & restaurants & only a 10 minute walk to the Yoga Barn. Also was quiet & peaceful with a view of rice fields & beyond this the monkey sanctuary . Pool was lovely & breakfast was superb. Nice to have a fridge in the room

Ants in the room and the cupboards didn't close they've kept opening up. The bed was terrible as I woke up with a stiff back and took me nearly all day to recover.
Unfortunately i had to leave a after 2 days as my daughter was sick and their was no sympathy to refund me a portion of my stay
That tells me then were there just for the money. Greedy

部屋も浴室も広くお湯がたっぷり出ます　朝食はメニューはそれ程　多くありませんが　毎日少しずつ変わっていて楽しめました　　ウブドの中心部へのシャトルバスは定時運行ですが　空いていれば　対応してもらえましたので良かったです

プールのタイルが所どころ剥がれておりました　怪我しそうなので　出来れば早く修理して欲しいです

Pros:

It has lovely gardens, pool x2, the rooms including bathrooms and veranda are all super generous in size. Some of the rooms look out over rice paddies.
The position of the hotel is ver central, i walked to most places. The yoga barn is ver close and lots of shopping massage and the markets are walking distance. It is off the main toad so traffic noise is minimal.
It is an old hotel as some of the facilities are looking a bit tired. It could do with a bit of love.
The rooms are decorated traditional wooden furniture
The beds are comfy
All rooms have air con and are very good temperature without the air con on.
There is filtered water available at reception.
The staff are friendly and happy and just delightful.
I would stay there again
