The most pathetic stay I ever had.
Pros:

No drinking water was given, we paid for a bottle

Cons:

The person in the reception behaved as if he was meeting aliens. We actually booked the room before, and when we reached there, we needed some comforts. This person started asking questions as he didn't get the information online. I understand that once we book through a third party, that must be reflected in their website. A simple ID check is sufficient to confirm everything.
The worst part was the parking. They don't have adequate parking facility, in that case, they must arrange the parking for the customer. I repeatedly asked the boy about the parking they suggested. He told me that it would be ok. Then at 4 am he rang the bell to change my car as it is blocking the other customer. You know, we reached late at 11.45, and asking us to get up early is no way acceptable. I changed the car position. Then, at 6 am I got the same bell ringing. How can you run a stay facility with this kind of bullshit people?
Normally, I can understand any kind of unforeseen issues, but, this experience was horrible. Then, we left or escaped by 9.30 though the departure was planned at 12.

I was really looking forward to my stay here, but the room conditions were completely unacceptable. Upon check-in, I noticed the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned—there was hair in the shower and stains on the towels.

Pros:

We were charged for ac room and the room was given of non ac and while booking it was selected of ac only and the person reaching there spoke very harsh we can't do anything this and that as it was night we had to stay and when we thought to cancel booking we were charged extra so we kept quiet and had to stay.

Cons:

Nothing was good first day onwards only it was bad when they denied and didn't listen even though we were charged for ac room they gave non ac room it was very uncomfortable for my child and my wife
