La ubicación, el estilo clásico medieval de la habitación, el aire acondicionado regulable y potente. El ambiente silencioso y muy limpio. Y lo que más la amabilidad de los profesionales.

Dreadful. Hotel dirty and was all closed up. I left.

When I arrived at 8pm the whole place was locked up, no one was there. The entrance was dirty and messy. I rang 2 bells and waited for 15 minutes and no one came. As a woman travelling alone I felt nervous so I booked another hotel & left. They have charged me for a no show. But there was no one there, it looked grim and I couldn’t get in. Do not book this dump. I have complained to the hotel and booking.com

La ubicación fue perfecta, a unos pasos de toda la zona con más restaurantes y espacios qué visitar.

Cons:

El wifi no era muy bueno y no cargaba muchas cosas, pero todo lo demás funcionaba al cien, la cama muy cómoda, la regadera también.

Posto molto carino in bellissima posizione 🤩
Pros:

Diciamo che è andato bene tutto!
La posizione sicuramente e la cortesia della gestione.
È vero che non c’è né il condizionatore e neanche l’ascensore ma a me piacciono un po’ queste cose “come una volta”.
Se avrò occasione tornerò 🙌

Unbeatable location
Pros:

Staff was very, very nice :) I stayed 2 nights (second night I extended directly at hotel - very helpful staff! ♥️) Also location is unbeatable just a few minutes from Pisa Tower and close everywhere. I loved that my room had absolutely beautiful view! I had a single room on the 4th floor. Another very good thing is that if you need taxi to the airport they can call you one from a private company, and it's way cheaper than Uber :) (I paid only 18,5 euros on Sunday morning). Wifi worked very well too :) Good value for money

Cons:

I think it's good to know that the building has 4 floors and there is no elevator. If you have a big luggage or you have some problems with knees you need to take it under consideration.
There could be something to make tea/ coffee in the room - there was no electric kettle :(
Another thing is that the furniture is a bit oldschooled, and cleanliness could be a bit better. I found a few dark hair here and there which wasn't the nicest thing.
