Perfect for proximity to the Leaning Tower
Pros:

Excellent location if you are looking for proximity to the tower, it is literally a 2 minute walk. Our room was small but clean and the facilities were fine for our one night stay. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a budget stay for a flying visit to Pisa, I would recommend!

Bathroom was fine. It was clean and functional but could do with some updating

Pros:

Posizione eccellente!! praticamente in centro. Bagno molto pulito. Camera Buona.

Cons:

Arrivato di sera e chiedendo consiglio alla reception mi avevano fatto parcheggiare al Parcheggio PisaMo via cammeo. Evitatelo come la peste. Abbiamo pagato 45 Euro (3,5 Euro all'ora anche di notte) per aver parcheggiato dalle 10 di sera alle 11 di mattina!!!!

A few passes away from the tower of Pisa. Pleasant staff. Comfortabke enough.

Cons:

Room on the small side, they don't have a lift. We were on the 2nd floor, not too bad. But I believe they have 4 floors so a room on a higher floor wouldn't have been acceptable. I knew this through the reviews and decided to try.

Pros:

The hotel is very near to Leaning Tower and walking distance to other sights in Pisa.

Cons:

Our room was in the fourth floor, the elevator was not yet operational so it was all stairs. We were fortunate that we are only carrying backpacks going up the stairs.
