Convenient Airport Transit Stay with Room for Improvement

This hotel is a good option for a short airport transit stay due to its convenient location close to the airport. The morning reception staff were welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process pleasant. The complimentary airport pickup was very convenient, and the availability of a free airport drop-off service was another great benefit.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could offer more variety. The bathroom cleanliness could also be improved. Considering the overall experience, the price felt a bit high for the value provided. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working during my stay, which was disappointing.

Pros:

2. Very poor accessibility, especially driving with directions from Google Maps or Apple Maps. The hotel seems to be unknown in the neighborhood, sine we tried seeking the locals directions to the place.

Pros:

Spacious Huge rooms and spacious bed. Very neat and clean. Bathroom and toilet facilities are neat and clean as well. Staff is very polite, prompt and very very helpful. Breakfast available though the spread is minimal the quality of food and taste is very good. Very close to the airport they also provide complimentary drop to the airport in their own vehicle

Cons:

Only minor issue was the hot water availability when we go for shower after 9 AM as they are solar for their geyser system.

It exceeded my expectations and it was a very clean hotel and I loved the free airport shuttle
Pros:

I really liked the airport shuttle. I was able to go to the airport peacefully without any trouble. The ride there was around 20 minutes with mild traffic. I got a ride with Tamil Ayya and the ride was very efficient. I also liked the included breakfast, it was fully vegetarian and also the staff was very nice. The person in the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The room itself was reasonably comfortable and the property is conveniently located close to the airport. The neighborhood felt safe and suitable for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

The main issue was cleanliness. The room was extremely dusty and both of us struggled to sleep comfortably because the air felt full of dust. The bathroom was also not clean and had an unpleasant smell.

While the room itself had potential, the lack of cleanliness significantly affected our stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable night near the airport.
