Staff are pleasant. Airport pickup and drop did in time. The driver is a humble and nice boy.
Pros:

The breakfast time was mentioned from 7.30am but even at 8.00am it was not ready. When I mentioned it at the reception they promised they will try to serve in time in future.

Sundar and Selvam were great.
Pros:

The staff is great. Sundar was very helpful on the phone and when we met he greeted me with a brotherly hug. Selvam, the driver was punctual and a good driver. Staff were all very helpful.

Cons:

There was not much of a selection for the breakfast buffet. They were not cooking eggs so I at a little watermelon and an idly. Also in room 210 the shower didn't work so I got to take a cold bucket bath.

It was a pleasant experience.

I tried to book here for a layover at the airport. There is no WhatsApp number and I kept getting asked to click a link to pre-pay here.
I tried to reach out multiple times to see if they help with airport pick up or late check in (I was arriving at midnight as a solo female traveller) and no answers. I had to cancel and find another place.

Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car ils l'ont annulé en dernière minute sans répondre à mes appels.

Treebo annulén en dernière minute!
Ils ont demandé un paiement non prévu. Le lien pour nle paiement n'a pas fonctionné malgré nplusieurs essais de ma part via mon portable et via celui d'une amie.
Ils n'ont jamais répondu à mes appels. j'ai perdu 3 heures à rechercher une solution!
