I requested for an extension since my outbound flight was around 6 PM. There is a reason why we choose location near to airport. I got a blunt reply from your front desk staff (one Mr. Ashraf) to raise the request online. Thanks but no thanks. Being a frequent accor guest, I will think twice before booking your hotels again.
