Perfact
Pros:

Everyone who work in this hotel is so sweet and helpful. I especially want to thank the night shift staff. I was so tired from the night bus. He helped me checked in at5:30am, provided me hot water and tea, and adjusted the shower temperature. He was attentive when I asked for help. Much appreciated!

Cons:

It’s cold at early morning. But the duvet is warm. Bed is comfy.

Schoon eenvoudig hostel met warme douche. Zeker in Puno erg fijn want ‘s avonds best fris.
Ontbijt heel lekker, vooral het bakje vers fruit ❤️

Als je vroeg op excursie gaat vervalt helaas het ontbijt. Ontbijtpakketje zou fijn zijn

Tres bien confortable et sympa
Pros:

Le personnes etait extrêmement gentil. On etait accueilli à 2:15 du matin suite à un retard de bus. Le personnel nous a aidé avec nos Reservation. Et le petit dejeuner etait tres bon les fruits et le jus frais !

La presenza dell'acqua calda nella doccia e la possibilità di avere un asciugacapelli ma non molto potente.

Cons:

La camera molto fredda a causa della vetrata grande, la signora che ci ha suggerito di andare a piedi a un mirador la cui strada era in salita per poi scoprire dopo un'ora di ricerca strade alternative e avendo perso l'opportunità di andare ad un altro, che erano stati chiusi da tempo tutti gli accessi per lavori. Lavorando nel turismo meglio essere aggiornati.

Que nos cambiaran la habitación familiar del 5o piso por una de menos camas en el 2o piso. Con las maletas era imposible subir.

Cons:

Todo en general. No dispone de ascensor, el calefactor eléctrico que te ponen para no pasar frío lo pagas al día siguiente sin que te avisen previamente, el desayuno es lamentable, no hay prácticamente nada, el chico te apaga las luces del comedor y se queda medio a oscuras, si quieres repetir tienes que ir a buscarlo, se quedaron sin mantequilla, etc. El cuarto de baño daba pena, lleno de moho, los enchufes no funcionaban, no encendieron su calefacción...

Próximo do centro.
Pros:

Quarto que cumpre o propósito para a estadia de uma noite. Perto da praça central a pé. A dona foi muito atenciosa quando questionámos relativamente à boleia para a estação e prontamente nos chamou um táxi
