Pros:

Room clean, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was good. Travel/taxi service attached to the hotel for ease of travelling in and around Mysuru.

Cons:

Everything was to my satisfaction.

The hotel room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Service. The service requires much improvement. No one took the calls to the restaurant in the evening or in the morning. In the morning, someone took the call made to the second number to the restaurant. But I was told it will take half an hour for a cup of coffee. This was at 645AM. They don't have the menu in the room. We have to Reception, who sends a person with a QR Code to the Menu. If the aim is to save paper, send the QR Code of the Menu on phone to guests, no?

Good Hotel at a very good & peaceful location! Disturbance from upper floor was upsetting.
Pros:

The hotel location was very good & the property was of good standard. The rooms were also well kept.

Cons:

There was lot of noise / disturbance from above floor . It seems it was due to the furniture movement in the meeting room. The matter was reported to the staff at the reception.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was polite and nice.
Overall it was a very decent experience. Don't mind going there again.

Cons:

There were some (water/soap) stains on the counter next to the wash basin in the bathroom. Not a good sight.
AC-cool was directed at the face from the ceiling. Not easy to sleep through the night despite changing the temperature more than once. Must be a room issue and may not be there in all the rooms.

Good service by the staff, we had a safari booked into the early morning and that meant that we would miss breakfast the staff was so good that they kept the breakfast more than their usual time just so that we could eat something before our check out time, they understood our requirements and made our stay as pleasant as possible, would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

It is convenient if you have a car. Very basic, but acceptable.
Pros:

The hotel location is not at the central area but it was quiet. Parking was available, but around there was no other good restaurant or coffee shop. The breakfast was basic, not many options, but acceptable.

Cons:

The room was very small. There was a nook but not usable. Our room looked out into another building. The bed was not supportive if you are elderly and have back problem. Food options at dinner was limited.
