Really good hotel but should look into switching to softer beds

Bagno aveva il rubinetto rotto , mini doccia assente. Difficoltà a miscelare l’acqua. O troppo calda o troppo fredda. Mi sono bruciato la spalle. Il ristorante sufficiente. Certo 250 euro per una notte mi aspettavo altro. L’hotel è molto vecchio. Nel corridoio al settimo piano gocciolava acqua dal tetto. Secchio lasciato nel mezzo per la raccolta dell’acqua.

Cons:

Mobili vecchi , bagno obsoleto, WI FI in stanza assente o poco funzionante.

Chambre spacieuse, climatisée. Literie confortable
Personnel agréable
Vue sur la piscine.

Cons:

Piscine non chauffée, fermée après 19h. Et pas mal de moustiques
Petit déjeuner diversifié, déçue par la qualité des jus ( machine industrielle et pas de vrai jus de fruits. )

Molto bene la piscina è il servizio colazione

Cons:

Numero del personale all'accoglienza scarso e inadeguato, camera consegnata senza carta igienica, dopo due chiamate alle reception sono dovuto andare di persona per ritirarla. Pochi posti macchina a disposizione se no devi pagare il parking. Hotel vecchio c'è da dare uno svecchiamento soprattutto per la moquette. La vasca doccia in camera possibilmente con più privacy

It was a nightmare never get swindled to booking
Pros:

I requested a room with three beds because we were 3 adults staying. They write back saying that they carnt fit a single bed as their rooms have not got the space they said either double bed room or two single beds. This meant seperate rooms so we needed accomodation and trusted them. When we went to our rooms there was no double bed room and the other room had 3 single beds. Both rooms had 3 single beds. I went to complain to reception she said to call booking.com. I called booking.com and spoke to Susannah D she was helpful and would contact the hotel. All I wanted in lieu of the extra room we didn’t use for the night as we were only 3 persons an extra night stay, they bluntly refused. I am very upset there must have been language problem in their side but I explained myself well. One room 3 adults I had when searching. I demand a refund of the extra room as we didn’t use it and as soon as I complained we couldn’t get in the card was locked.
