Pros:

Разположение, паркоместа пред хотела, внимателни в отношението към клиента , всички от персонала.

Cons:

Малко по-широко пространство в стаята. Може да се смени кожата на напуканото канапе в зоната на рецепция.
Въобще не пречи на почивката, но не говори добре за хотела като цяло
Много хлъзгаво , когато се намокри в банята пода. Много е хигиенично, но наклона на оттичане не е правилният

Pros:

Camera triplă a fost curată, saltelele tari, pe placul nostru. Ne-a plăcut faptul că am putut lua masa la restaurant.

Cons:

Meniul de la restaurant nu a fost disponibil în limba engleză. Distanța până în centrul vechi se poate parcurge pietonal cam în 30 de minute.

Belle chambre, bel accueil.
Pros:

Juste à côté de la gare. Très belle chambre. Nous sommes arrivés à 3h (AM) et l'accueil était chaleureux et efficace.

Cons:

La salle de réception n'est pas impressionnant.

Nice stay in a nice quiet hotel.
Pros:

I have been using the hotel for many years. It is cosy, clean and quiet, nice breakfast, nice location and very nice staff. I was nicely surprised when i saw that it was renovated but kept overall feeling.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Cons:

Престоят ми в хотела беше кратък и се налагаше само да преспя за една вечер. Всичко беше наред, докато не се събудих от сърбежи по тялото и не открих дървеница върху завивката ми. След това, преглеждайки с фенерче обстойно леглото, намерих още една, която изглеждаше току-що излюпена. Обърнах се към рецепция и ми беше дадена нова стая. На сутринта управителят опита да оспори фактите, твърдейки, че съм си донесла насекомите от друг хотел (без да съм отсядала в такъв). Накрая ми пожела “да съм здрава”. Не получих нито извинение за неприятното преживяване, нито предложение за някаква компенсация.
За закуска чаках почти 40мин., около 20 мин. само за да ми вземат поръчката, още 15, за да я объркат, и още малко, за да получа кроасани с шоколад, които изглеждаха като само да са подтоплени и със сигурност не бяха пресни.

Пиша този коментар не за да свалям рейтинга на хотела, а за да може бъдещите гости да са наясно, че има опасност да се приберат у дома с нови домашни любимци.

We've tried most of the hotels here but keep coming back to this one
Pros:

You couldn't get much closer to the bus and train stations. Pleasant hotel with restaurant, coffee shop and on street tables. Great stop off point before / after crossing the Danube to / from Romania.
