Top ontbijt, super comfortabele bedden, vriendelijke uitbaters. Ronduit fantastisch.

We arrived as strangers but left as friends. Our hosts Gunner and Annette were so welcoming, and joyous, and totally made our stay. We had the Bond room...top floor with terrace and overlooked the garden at the back, so also very peaceful, and very spacious. Great location just a one min walk to Au sration, and less than 10mn walk to a lakeside beach. Anette's morning breakfast is something else, a smogasbord of delights; cheese, charcuterie, fruits, yoghurt, cerrals and eggs, true fuel for a day of exploration. No 1 truly lived up to its name. Was für ein besonderes Bijou! Das B&B ist einfach nur wunderschön und ein Ort zum wohlfühlen!
Das Zimmer war riesig, eine Augenweide, bequeme Betten und - da gegen hinten hinaus - erstaunlich ruhig.
Beim Frühstück wurden wir mit unserem Wunsch nach veganen Optionen einfach nur verwöhnt und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal bzw. der Inhaber sind super freundlich und wir fühlten uns einfach nur wohl.
Die Lage selber ist auch perfekt: Nahe am Bahnhof Au um in jede Richtung mit Öv losfahren zu können und die Naglikoner Badewiese ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We booked this place because we were in town for a wedding and it was one of the few options still available. We had no idea what we were walking into.
Every room is a piece of art.

You can tell that every single detail has been handpicked and thought about, and the style is honestly incredible. The photos online do not do it justice at all. We stayed in the rooms called LOFT and Monsoon and it was such a unique, beautiful space. Spacious, and it had everything we could possibly have wanted. We arrived on the first of August when it was seriously hot outside, and the room stayed cool the entire time, which was a small miracle.

The owners are the loveliest people you could hope to meet. They made us breakfast, took the time to chat with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Arne at reception was fantastic too. You can see that these people do this with a huge amount of love and it shows in everything.

Cleanliness was perfect. The location is right by the train station, close to everything you might need, and just a short walk from the lake.

We came for a wedding, but we will absolutely be coming back just for the hotel itself. The rooms and the hospitality alone are worth the trip.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The owners and Arne at reception were very welcoming and gave us great information on beautiful locations. The location is of the BNB is perfect! Not too far from the airport and an easy drive to the Alps. There are eateries and an Aldi in walking distance. We had a car but there is a train station 5mins walk. The room was big and the decor is SO aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast is fantastic!! The TLC gone into every space and service was greatly appreciated, to the table settings and the buffet which was FRESH with a lot to choose from! Highly recommend this BNB!!

Super frisches und leckeres Frühstück, sehr gastfreundliche und herzliche Gastgeber (Danke nochmal für die Brotzeit die wir uns für die Heimfahrt machen durften), Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank waren sehr hilfreich. Wir waren im Zimmer "Coco Chanel", es war sehr ruhig weil es nach hinten zum Garten gelegen ist.

Diese Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Landstraße in einem kleinen Gewerbekomplex (sieht von außen nicht besonders ansehnlich aus). Die Zimmer sind in ein Einrichtungs- und Schuhgeschäft intergriert, das durchaus attraktive Waren anbietet (praktisch alles, was auf den Fluren zu den Zimmern rumsteht, kann man kaufen). Unser Zimmer (Laguna, perfekt für zwei Personen) war sehr großzügig gestaltet und modern/chic eingerichtet. Das Ehepaar, das das Geschäft und die Unterkunft betreibt, war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich und das Frühstück individuell und liebevoll zubereitet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort ein Zimmer belegen!

Breakfast orders are taken the night before so you could choose from an extensive menu and have exactly what you wanted. Scrambled eggs were served slices of colourful tomatoes. Try the home made Granola. Delicious.
Pretty and quiet shaded garden behind the building. The hosts were relaxed, welcoming and kind.

Da rundherum eher Firmen angesiedelt sind, hätte man nie damit gerechnet, so ein sympathisches und mit Detail eingerichtetes Hotel anzutreffen.

The property was such a pleasant surprise. All of the rooms were unique and well designed by various artists. The couple who own the property were so nice and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our trip. The breakfast was sooo fresh and delicious.
