Cons:

The room had no heating, the bathroom smelled like sewage and was being repaired in a hurry, the armchairs in the room were filthy and torn, there was a very strong smell coming from the kitchen, and the ventilation was not working — the only solution was to keep the window open (while it was 4°C outside)

Great rooms, food and staff
Pros:

Very friendly and clean, the location was very convenient for us, nice big rooms with apt of space, tables, sockets and TV. The restaurant was excellent, delicious fresh food with a lot of variety. Prices for the rooms and restaurant is very good. The staff were helpful and very accommodating from beginning to end.

Cons:

Couple of the mattresses were not comfortable, perhaps need to be changed but was not extreme to put us off from coming again. Shower was good but floods the whole bathroom floor.
