Pros:

Personnel aimable disponible et efficace. Petit déjeuner très correct. Calme et propre. Je reviendrai.

Cons:

Le climatiseur n'est pas très efficace. Ce n'était pas gênant pour moi. Les nuits ne sont pas très chaudes à cette saison.

Amazing staff. They helped us book our bus to Phong Nha and gave us lots of advice to visit Hue.
They always smile and speak very good English.
The location was great, plenty of restaurant and not far from the citadel.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. One of them was very humid even with the fans on but it was fine for our 2 nights stay.

Phoung was super nice she knew everything about the town and what to visit and when, she gave me a 15 minute induction with a map showing the sights and restaurants and everything. Can totally recommend!! :)

Without a doubt, I would choose this accommodation again. I felt very comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. When I arrived, they explained everything I could see and do in the area and also recommended some excellent vegetarian places.

The hotel offers motorcycle rentals, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The receptionists were extremely kind and willing to help me with everything I needed.

My room was on the upper floor, so it had a beautiful view and received plenty of natural light. In particular, I loved the detail of the ceiling decorated with stars—it was magical! The room was spacious and had everything I needed: towels, a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, air conditioning, and a fan.

I am leaving very grateful and happy with my stay. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The hotel is very well located in the city center, close to the river and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, yet still in a quiet area.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were always ready to help. They gave us great advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. They can also arrange airport transfers and even rent you a scooter to explore the surrounding area.

Tout ! Situé dans une ruelle tranquille idéalement placée près des bars de nuit et proche de la Cité Impériale. Tout le staff est aux petits soins avec la clientèle, le petit déjeuner m'a été servi une fois 1/2 h avant l'heure d'ouverture officielle etc. Propreté, ménage, lessive méritent 5 étoiles...Que dire de plus ? Le personnel se fera une joie de vous fournir un plan du centre de Hué et vous indiquera les sites à visiter en fonction de votre temps disponible. Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel !

Excellente communcahion. Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Conseils pour les visites et possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal.
