Außergewöhnlich !!!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal!! Das ist besonders hervorzuheben! Sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Vorzügen! Wir sind bereits sehr früh abgereist und haben am Vortag ein Lunchpaket bekommen, weil wir nicht mehr zum Frühstück gegangen sind. So viel Persönlichkeit hat man selten.

Pros:

Perfektně vybavený hotel, přitom stále ve stylu rodinného podniku. Přírodní koupací jezírko propojené s wellness centrem. Naprosto úžasný a milý personál, všude čisto a uklizeno. Vše potřebné pro saunování a wellness na pokoji v košíku, dokonce i batoh na výlety k zapůjčení. U snídaně jsme si mohli nachystat svačinu na túru. Osobní přístup, cítili jsme se jako na rodinné návštěvě a ne jako v hotelu.

Cons:

Vzhledem k poloze je ráno trochu slyšet ruch z ulice, ale v noci byl naprostý klid.

Amazing gem of a hotel, really nice & helpful staff, beautiful gardens and spa area.
Pros:

We loved everything! Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings, extremely friendly staff, breakfast and dinner amazing!
Really good outside swimming pool and wellness area.

Außergewöhnlich herzliches Familienhotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das familiengeführte Hotel lebt eine außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit – alle Mitarbeitenden sind überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die persönliche Verab­schiedung mit einem kleinen Geschenk war eine besonders liebevolle Geste.
Das Abendessen war frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker. Frühstück und Nachmittagsjause waren ebenfalls sehr gut, und der Saunabereich ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen. Viele durchdachte Details wie Bademäntel, ein Rucksack im Zimmer, unkomplizierter Handtuchtausch im Saunabereich, Gesellschaftsspiele zum Ausleihen sowie der Skibus direkt vor der Tür machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Zimmer und gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, und der große Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist äußerst praktisch.

Cons:

Als kleine Anregung: Beim Frühstück sowie bei der Salatbar am Abend wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert, insbesondere zusätzliche vegetarische Aufstriche oder Alternativen.
Die separate Toilette ohne Waschbecken ist hygienisch etwas unpraktisch, da man zum Händewaschen durch eine zweite Tür in den Badbereich gehen muss. Zudem fehlt direkt bei der Toilette ein Mülleimer für Hygieneartikel.
Im Skiraum waren die Schuhe teilweise am nächsten Morgen noch feucht – eventuell könnte hier die Beheizung optimiert werden.

Aber alles in Allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!
