Nice place and staff were attentive.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location suited my needs

Cons:

There seemed to be a wind vacuum in the passage when doors were opened/closed causing our door to make a rattling noise.

Recommend staying more than a day to relax at spa
Pros:

Property was serene and breakfast was very yummy. It is a good location to reach Glendalough early next morning. And if you want to visit Powerscourt gardens before arriving at the hotel and spa.

Beds were comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Good parking.

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike. The rooms are not air conditioned and was fine forehand visited but could get warm in summer months.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, umgeben von Natur. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren gut. Man muss dazu sagen, dass es im Gebäude mehrmals Treppenstufen gab. Für uns war es kein Problem, kann aber für andere Personen hilfreich sein, es vorher zu wissen.
Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker.

Schöne Anlage mit klarem Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage in einem riesigen Park. Schöne Anlage und gutes Frühstück. Auch sehr schöner Spa-Bereich.

Cons:

Mußten über eine halbe Stunde auf die Zimmer warten. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr klein, insbesondere die Einzelzimmer. Unser Doppelzimmer mit Aussicht auf einen häuslichen Schuppen. Unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmern.

Not worth it
Pros:

The pool was nice but spa facilities in general were poor. The food was lovely but service was very poor.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable restaurant experience - we booked in for 8.30 and there was only one other couple in the restaurant who we were sat beside. We ordered a starter to share and two steaks for mains, with a bottle of wine. The other couple left as we were eating our mains and the waitress then switched off the music and stood waiting for us to finish mains. We were extremely uncomfortable. We ordered a dessert to share and again the waitress stood in view in silence just waiting for us to finish. Again - this was all before 9.30 on a Friday evening, bizarre. We ended up bringing the rest of our wine up to the cocktail bar as we felt so unwanted and rushed out of the restaurant. Very poor service, we won’t be back.

Life On The Farm
Pros:

Friendly and efficient check-in & -out. Good quality food and service (dinner and breakfast). Room was clean with a good shower.

Cons:

Limited bar drinks, no draft or bottled Guinness! Only two loungers in the pool area and no warm plunge tub. Whilst the rooms were acceptable the property and grounds are in need of maintenance.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

Normally in a spa there would be water & fruit available in locations around the spa free of charge, there was not. The pool was tired and dated. The bath panel in our room was falling off and the shower made an awful noise.

Really what I needed and will return massage was wonderful
Pros:

Everything , it was relaxing and enjoyable and so near Avoca cafe for gifts and lunch

Cons:

Not much maybe in evening a little more music but I get it’s a tranquil feeling
