An oasis of tranquil just outside of Bath
Pros:

Beautiful, leafy location and only just outside Bath. Super-easy to get to the centre. The room was really spacious, huge bed, really well equipped (tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, desk, armchairs, TV, WiFi, complimentary water and fresh milk) . A large well-equipped bathroom with good water pressure and plentiful, good quality toiletries (Handwash, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Shampoo and Conditioner). Friendly and helpful welcome at reception.

Amazing service by Gems and breakfast in bed
Pros:

The setting was beautiful and drinks outside the grounds in the evening, was so peaceful. Gems I believe her name was.. was the highlight and only scored so high because of her help and professionalism. Stayed an extra night and didn’t go anywhere else because felt so comfortable there.

Lovely relaxing stay. Although ordered room service that took over 50 minutes in the end, we had to cancel our order.
Pros:

Lovely room, nice facilities coffee machine with instructions so you know what you’re doing and a little bottle of milk so much better than the pods.

Cons:

The disappointment was there was only the normal TV channels no Netflix

Very enjoyable stay. Receptionist was very helpful. Dinner menu could be changed.

Milk and water in the fridge was a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been hotter and eggs could have been freshly cooked as ours were like rubber.

Die Lage, das Restaurant und das Personal des Restaurants die Zimmer waren schön und bequem

Cons:

Das Frühstück, insbesondere das sehr inkompetente Personal,wenn das Frühstück um 7.30 öffnet sollte alles bereit sein,und die Frage ob man Kaffee möchte und man mit ja antwortet und dann zur Antwort bekommt dort drüben steht der Kaffeeautomat allerdings noch nicht betriebsbereit war ,da keine Milch im Behälter war. Ich finde in einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man schon einen frisch aufgeführten Kaffee erwarten .Das Buffet war noch nicht fertig aufgefüllt
