Cons:

Too expensive for the type of Hotel and services offered, simply not worth the amount of money asked for. Cleanliness was not there. I had to ask the staff to get it mopped as there was a strong smell of toilets in the bathroom and bedroom. And the breakfast was extremely poor. It was just like grabbing a toast and butter with some apples. Moreover, they charged 20 EUR for the parking. Very disappointed with this hotel overall. Would not repeat this for future trips.

Hotel położony bardzo blisko centrum, wszelkie atrakcje Como dostępne spacerem. Duży plus za parking. Pokój przestronny, czysty. Obsługa przyjazna, gotowa do pomocy i wsparcia w każdym temacie. Śniadania smaczne, świeże produkty.

Cons:

Mi osobiście to bardzo nie przeszkadzało, ale hotel jest położony przy kościele (2 metry od okna dzwonnica), więc pobudka gwarantowana. Słabe i mało stabilne Wi-Fi.

Decent hotel but not fit for rainstorms!

Hotel is very close to the city center and around the restaurants.
There are a number of parking spaces available at the premise.

Cons:

Breakfast was more than underwhelming. It starts at 7 am but on our check out date at 5:30, we saw everything layed out, including scrambled eggs. They certainly looked and tasted like they have been lying there for several hours.

During our stay at the hotel, there was a major thunderstorm with heavy rain.
In the middle of the night, rain started falling into our bed from several spots. The room looked like it had been recently renovated but this seems to be only aesthetically and less functional.
We decided to check out early because there was no way we were going to stay at a room that was not fit for rainfall. When we told the clerk that it had rained into the room, he was quick to interrupt us and lecture us that we should have closed the windows. After his interruption, we told him that rain came down from the ceiling and not through the window.

During our early check-out the desk clerk tried to convince us to still take breakfast, even though it was before the actual opening time. He assured us that the rain had stopped and that we should take our time eating something.
I appreciate the gesture, but I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

There is just no excuse to having rain come down on us inside the room during rainfall.


If it wasn’t for that major issue, I would have given the hotel a 7/10.
