Good value for money but suggest better furnishing
Pros:

The flat was large and very comfortable for 2 people (including having 2 bathrooms). The staff was helpful and brought everything promptly when asked. Very close to groceries / shops (2 minutes walk) and city centre (10min drive). Good gym.

Cons:

Not well equipped (a) didn’t have a hairdryer (not even at reception); (b) didn’t have anything set up for 2 people (towels, amenities etc); (c) no full set of cutlery for two, no knifes or cutting board, no products provided to wash the dishes, no kitchen towel. We’ve been to their sister hotel before and these things were provided.

They didn’t reply to our messages on Booking.com asking for early check-in (apparently only use WhatsApp) and therefore e head to pay own more night when arriving at the hotel (because there was only someone from security and not the hotel staff).

Fully apartment equipment was there for the kitchen stuff.

Small gym, and swimming pool.
There was an issue with WiFi for two days so that let me make a check out from the place

It was good and can be improved. We love that the staff are very nice and polite and helpful.
Pros:

Its ok for the price that we paid for. Very spacious. It’s quiet and peaceful although there were 2 incidents when the fire alarm went off.

Cons:

Honestly the elevator was too small. The swimming pool area is clean but the water looks mirky. The gym area is ok but the paint on the walls are coming off. The first time we went in the property it smells like curry all the way to our room. I am not judging but thats my observation. They got 2 remote control. The other one has no battery. And if you are planning to wash your clothes, the rack is not available so you have to find a way to hang your clothes to dry.

Was okay

Cons:

The cleaners won’t wash your dishes. They don’t clean the room well, and are always eager to leave. The tv is not a smart tv
