Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The views are also amazing!

Cons:

I had the -1 room and like previous reviews even from a year a go, the room had a terrible smell, shower and shower head covered in mould. The sink was broken when I arrived and had to be fixed. The sheets weren't clean.

Honestly, the hotel would do well to finally listen to reviews and sort out this problem. The photos they use for advertising are of different and much better rooms.

Posizione ottima, vista stupenda (sia dalla camera che dall'area della colazione), la colazione era abbondante e molto buona, lo staff gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo, camere pulite e spaziose.

Cons:

Da migliorare l'acqua calda nella doccia che faticava ad arrivare.

What can I say this place was our highlight of the holiday , the guys in charge there are very helpful and understanding in many ways they always there to help anytime , top top lovely people the room with the view it’s just a dream to wake up to stunning , to go to Ella city just ask them get get you tuk tuk and if you go easy peasy and location perfect 🤩

Cons:

- Hotel was in elevation from downtown, and was impossible to get taxis from uber or pickme app. So hotel provides taxi service, but since its difficult to get to hotel, taxis were found expensive.
- A construction site was active adjacent to the hotel, and the loud noices were very unpleasant and annoying.
- Amex not accepted for payment, and 3% charge was charged for card payments.

Scenic view
Pros:

This property gives a scenic view overlooking the waterfall and the mountains. Very friendly staff and helpful. The room is clean and well maintained.

Pros:

The view was breathtaking. Room was very cosy and clean. Food was very tasty. But all of this is nothing in comparison to the friendly and thoughtful staff. They were happy to help us with everything and answer all our requests with smile. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you for everything
