Pros:

The hotel is exceptionnal with a breathtaking view. The staff is professionnal and kind.
The rooms are incredible with a fantastic view wheb you wake up. Do not hesitate to book there if you happen to go to Ella.

Prachtig verblijf waar je echt kunt chillen
Pros:

Fantastische locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en lunch van de kaart. Mooie kamer, goede bedden, goede airco en wifi. Ligt ruimt kwartier rijden van centrum Ella, er staan tuk tuks klaar die je tegen betaling brengen en weer halen (via whatsapp doorgeven als je gehaald wilt worden)

Outstanding - our favourite hotel of our Sri Lanka trip
Pros:

1. Amazing views
2. Amazing hotel facilities
3. Good room amenities
4. GREAT showers
5. Free water refills
6. Breakfast was AMAZING (with a fab view)
7. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
8. Infinity pool with the views was unbelievable!
9. Arranged tuktuks for transport to Ella

They went to an exceptional effort for a birthday for us. The room was beautifully decorated and they made an absolutely wonderful birthday cake.

Cons:

If we had to have one criticism, it would be that it is slightly out the way. However, the hotel staff will arrange tips into Ella for you so not a problem.

Not value for the money they are charging a premium rate but its not worth for the money

The breakfast options are minimal
They kept very basic breakfast .There is no fish or meat only egg omelette
I expected atleast a live hopper station to my kids which was not there.
And there is no dressing table available in the hotel.Intercom did not work.
I did not feel its a four star hotel during my stay

Cons:

חדרים מעט מרוחקים וצריכים לטפס הרבה מדרגות אבל היופי של המקום שווה את זה . יהיה נחמד אם יוסיפו מראת גוף בחדר אבל זה ממש מותרות

Super verblijf!
Pros:

We verbleven twee nachten in Chille Ville. We waren er heel goed ontvangen. Onze kamer (room 5) was een echt pareltje met een van de mooiste uitzichten ooit.
Er is een restaurant om heel de dag door a la carte te kunnen bestellen. Een mooie setting, vriendelijke mensen én super kwalitatief eten voor zeer scherpe prijzen! Daarom gingen we niet buiten het hotel om te eten: van 2x ontbijt tot 3x lunch en 2x diner, alles was uitmuntend.
Het zwembad is mooi maar wel zeer koud. Enige nadeel is de houten vloer rond het zwembad die hier en daar wat loskomen maar dit is normaal met de warmte.
Het hotel heeft eigen tuktuks en drivers die je graag overal rondbrengen.
We hebben genoten!

Cons:

Location is a bit far from town, about 15min by tuktuk. However tuktuks are available at the hotel and views make up for it.

Prachtige plek, prachtig uitzicht!
Pros:

De lokatie is echt waanzinnig. Prachtig uitzicht! Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hele team stond 24/7 voor ons klaar. Wij zouden deze accomodatie zeker aanbevelen!
