اشياء تحتاج الى تحسين
Pros:

الموقع قريب من الخدمات

Cons:

1. الطاقم لم يكن متعاون مما اضطرني الى تكرار طلب الحصول على الفاتورة لعدة مرات..
2. كذلك طلبت مساعدتي في تنزيل الحقيبة ولم يستجيبون مما اضطرني الى القيام بذلك بنفسي.
3. النظافة سيئة جدا ومروحة الحمام الشفط لاتعمل.
4. فيها حشرات ونمل مزعج.
5. صار عندي حساسية من السرير مما يحتمل على وجود ( عث الفراش).

A perfect stay in Amman with incredible hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at City Citadel Hotel. The room was huge, the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman.
The owner/staff member was extremely kind and attentive during our whole stay. He was always making sure everything was okay, brought breakfast to our room, and when we had to leave very early, he even prepared breakfast to take away for us.
We also had a problem with our car during the trip, and he helped us the entire time, which we really appreciated. His kindness and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.
I really hope to come back someday. Highly recommended!
