Pros:

Da localização, do quarto que é um tamanho excelente e o quarto é literalmente inserido na natureza. A piscina muito boa e vale destacar o funcionário de nome Manuel que é muito simpático e profissional. Excelente escolha em Puerto Iguazu.

Cons:

Para pessoas idosas o caminho para o quarto é um pouco desafiador pois tem uma subida e pode ser escorregadio mas existe a opção de pedir o carrinho de golf para leva lo.

even if the property was in Fira, it was secluded and far from the hecktic town. We had our access to the balcony and the view was breathtaking.

Localização privilegiada (melhor ponto de Fira) para se ter uma ideia tive que reservar com aproximadamente 5 meses antes o quarto! , de frente com a caldeira ,bem no centrinho de Fira ,voce faz tudo a pé , restaurantes , lojas tudo ao lado !!! o hotel é muito bom , ficamos no quarto Matter que é o único que possui jacuzzi privativa (somente acesso nosso particular na varanda )  , os outros possuem também jacuzzi , mas os hóspedes dos quartos ao lados ficam na mesma varanda , então não acho que possa ficar tão à vontade assim ! ficamos 3 pessoas no quarto , ele é muito grande , bem limpo , mas é mais rústica (colorida) a decoração não é toda branquinha como se vê em Santorini , roupas de cama e banho muito boas , quando chegamos já tinha um espumante geladinho nos esperando como boas vindas ! O café da manhã é servido no quarto , voce faz o pedido na noite anterior do que voce vai querer e o horário que voce quer receber , e eles levam tudo certinho , fresquinho feito na hora , tudo delicioso! O pôr do sol então !!!! nem se precisa sair da sua sacada , é o ponto perfeito ! eles não possuem estacionamento no local , porem tem varios estacionamentos gratuitos proximo ao hotel.

Cons:

somente o barulho do restaurante que fica no andar de cima do quarto , quando eles começam a limpar a noite por volta de 23:00 eles fazem muito barulho .

Our stay here was amazing! Had excellent views of the caldera, and the breakfast they provided us with was pretty good! Room is quite spacious too!

Cons:

The stairs are pretty steep, but I think that is beyond the control of the property staff.

PERFECT!
Pros:

We loved the view and the location . It was central and only a few steps down to our room which is hard to find in Santorini . When we would go up and open our gate everyone was trying to peer in or come in to get a better pic. No lining up or need to go to Oia for the sunset . Its better here off your balcony !
