The best hotel in Aswan!
Pros:

Beautiful location, modern, large, clean rooms with wonderful views. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. We have not been to the hotel for 13 years, yet many of the restaurant team remembered us! Ms Christeen, guest relations was especially helpful and ensured our stay was perfect. Food was great. The swimming pools are clean and well managed and a great way to cool down! We love this hotel and hope to go back soon. We have stayed at many hotels in Aswan and the Pyramisa Isis Island is by far the best.

From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby to I will check out the staff has extremely friendly comfortable and at home. For example we forgot pull-ups for our child and realized it at 9:30 at night and the staff went and made sure we had some for

We only received one room key which was an actual key instead of a key card which was slightly inconvenient for a family.And the staff went and got some for us just in time for bed.

Great and peaceful place make my mode perfect

The place is absolutely wonderful and offers great value for money. The entire staff is cooperative—especially Christine, who was incredibly helpful with everything and made the stay comfortable and easy.

Amazing location, staff and perfect base for anything you want to do in Aswan.
Pros:

Really attentive staff, christeen and sayeed were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel. Amazing location across the water from the “death on the Nile” hotel; premium location, great pool, awesome massage. Love it and would 100% recommend.
