An incredible stay with outstanding hospitality, we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Every employee went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the location along the Nile made the experience even more memorable.

Cons:

There was honestly very little to dislike. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

A place with a lot of potential if they work on a few things!
Pros:

Hotel is located on the Nile and offers great views of the Nile and both banks. How exotic to have to take a small boat to reach the hotel. Nice pool area. Breakfast was quite good. Staff were friendly and usually helpful!

Cons:

Rooms are very dated and were not very clean. After finding a dead bug and several hairs we had to ask to change rooms. We were offered several rooms but all had hairs in the bedsheets. Staff were helpful and we were compensated with a free dinner.

From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby to I will check out the staff has extremely friendly comfortable and at home. For example we forgot pull-ups for our child and realized it at 9:30 at night and the staff went and made sure we had some for

Cons:

We only received one room key which was an actual key instead of a key card which was slightly inconvenient for a family.And the staff went and got some for us just in time for bed.
