Funcionários de uma família muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Boa varanda com boa vista sobre Beirat.
Não é um hotel de 4 estrelas de forma nenhuma: edifício antigo, quartos muito pequenos e desatualizados e pequeno almoço razoável. De muito difícil acesso, com estacionamento algo complicado também.
Accogliente e pulita. In posizione eccezionale per visitare il paese. Fantastica la vista dalla nostra camera con balcone. Rapporto qualita/prezzo ottimo.

Location is superb, spacious room and balcony. Great staff.
The only thing they could improve is the breakfast - appreciate this but a menu card and then choices might work better. Everything they have is brought to table plated (except for eggs, how you want them is separately checked from the guest but with everything else if you’re not quick enough to know to say no to a specific item, this will lead to huge food waste.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
No balcony or view from room (it was a loft room). Also difficult to find and get to as sat nav sends you to the castle and then you can’t go down the one way street it is on.
