Delightful stay with gorgeous view in Berat
Pros:

Balcony was lovely; heavy down comforter a treat and breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous!

Gorgeous place
Pros:

Location was very good. Room was spacious and clean. It had all facilities. Staff were accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was very good. Lovely room and airy.

Perfect for a romantic getaway
Pros:

The place is fantastic, well located to access the castle and the river. It is quiet and charming with a wonderful homemade breakfast. The staff are welcoming and lovely and the garden is fantastic.

Cons:

If you are driving be careful with the streets as they are narrow. The staff are lovely though and they will assist with parking.

Very pleasant, good natural light, central location and a wonderful view.
Pros:

Our balcony and view were amazing! The room was generous and very comfortable. The cereal served at breakfast was closer to granola which we like and wasn't available anywhere else we stayed. Plus an omelet for me was just right. Overall, we appreciated the size of the room and space provided for luggage and our "stuff".

Cons:

There was no double electric outlet on either side of the bed, so we couldn't charge our phones/watches and have a table lamp lit at the same time. Also, despite two sliding shower doors, these did not prevent water from splashing onto the floor.

Breakfast - worse we had in the whole of Albania. Orange juice was not fresh just kids coudial. No buffet. Same every day. Served without smile. Room - worse we had in the whole of Albania. No coffee/tea making facilities. No bottle water, just tap water. Very small room. Two singles pulled together for double. No duvet. Cold. Wardrobe door kept falling off. Poor lighting. Sink tap loose. Towels like sand paper.

Would stay again
Pros:

We stayed two nights and had a room with a terrace balcony affording glorious panoramic city views. Location was great with a wine bar at end of the lane! The staff were very helpful and courteous, helping us park our car onsite and providing great breakfast feasts. The hotel is boutique, very clean and pretty. I would stay here again happily.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel und Restaurant in einer Topp Lage!
Direkt neben den 1000 Fenstern und nah am Boulevard und der Burg.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Zimmer sind schön und sauber.
Frühstück war üppig und wird am Tisch serviert!

Cons:

Unser Kühlschrank im Zimmer war etwas laut. Wir haben ihn über Nacht heruntergedreht
