Super freundliche Mitarbeiter mit gutem Englisch. Gute Beratung für Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Die bequemsten Betten auf unserer ganzen Japanreise! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Frühstück inklusive, war zwar "nur" ein Sandwich, aber von einer sehr leckeren lokalen Bäckerei. Ideal für einen schnellen Tag in den Start. Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage an den Sieben Höllen von Beppu.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Der Fernseher war etwas klein und vom Bett kaum zu sehen.

ものすごく満足です！
Pros:

部屋も綺麗で、近くのおすすめのお店だったりを教えてくれるのですごく旅行客の方は助かると思います。
BARも併設されてるので大分ならではのお酒も楽しめました！

Felt unloved!
Pros:

Breakfast for the following morning was just a cold sandwich left in the fridge the night before.
There was no pack for lunch and towels available that was seen on YouTube videos that was promoting the hotel. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because of the great service which we didn't get.

Cons:

There was no phone available to call for a taxi and when we told the staff we didn't have a phone to call for a taxi the hotel didn't render any assistance.
No one greeted us when we arrive.
Felt unloved!

第二晚大雨，接待員並未主動提供雨傘（前一晚的有），而且行李搬運不易也沒有任何想協助的表現，也沒有像飯店一樣會替客人撐傘下車之類的，多的服務都是加分我知道，第一晚很溫馨，但第二晚有點失望。

Pros:

È un piccolo hotel con parcheggio privato. C'è una persona che fa il check- in molto gentile . Parla inglese. La camera da 3 è molto spaziosa, in stile moderno giapponese. È comodo perché è vicino agli hells. Al posto della tv ha un proiettore che si collega al cellulare per cui si può vedere quello che si desidera in lingua propria

Cons:

Per la colazione forniscono un panino la sera prima e le bustine per il caffè e thè. Ne ero a conoscenza per cui non è stata una sorpresa.
