Pros:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y el ambiente era muy agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa.

Uno de los puntos fuertes fue, sin duda, el desayuno. Además de ser muy completo y estar todo delicioso, poder disfrutarlo con esas vistas tan bonitas hizo que empezáramos cada día de la mejor manera posible.

La ubicación también es muy buena para visitar Berat y recorrer la ciudad cómodamente.

En definitiva, fue una experiencia fantástica y un alojamiento que recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Si volvemos a Berat, estaremos encantados de repetir.

Great value along with professional and kind management
Pros:

Super clean and modern room in the heart of Berat. We love the traditional accommodations of Albania’ but MERKO was a nice break! Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast and the reception was top notch!

Wonderful and memorable stay
Pros:

Welcoming staff, great breakfast and the location is very close to attractions and the bus stop. Thank you for making our special occassion memorable :) It was a comfortable stay and thank you to the staff for all the help and tips.

Cons:

Just the bathroom was quite small and slippery flooring. Hooks to hang towels would be helpful as well.

Super localisation et la vue de la chambre est magnifique ! Chambre très moderne , même s’il manque quelques éléments pratiques (accroches serviettes…)

Cons:

Salle de bain pas pratique. On se douche en mouillant les toilettes et la salle de bain de manière générale. Le pommeau douche pluie ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y a rien pour faire sécher les serviettes. Le personnel ne connaît pas les alentours et ne recommande rien dans la ville

La ubicación es perfecta y tenemos que destacar la amabilidad y el trato cercano del personal de limpieza y todas las personas de recepción. Nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario, se preocuparon porque estuviéramos bien en todo momento y se encargaron personalmente de que pudiésemos tomar el autobús. Solo podemos agradecerles su ayuda! 10/10
Las habitaciones correctas, y las vistas del desayuno son espectaculares.
Sin duda si regresamos a Berat volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

El desayuno no es muy variado pero compensa porque las vistas son espectaculares!

Spectacular, a rare find.
Pros:

Perfectly situated for seeing the many sites of Berat, which, in itself, is a beautiful place worthy of at least a two day visit. View from our room was fantastic. Staff were outstanding, most notably Raimonda, who went above and beyond as if it is second nature to her. Breakfast room offers spectacular panoramic views and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioning was very welcome in the hot climate we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable with nice bed linen.

Cons:

Could have done with a mirror in the room as well as the one in the bathroom.

Slecht ontbijt… koude gebakken eieren. Er was brood kaas en appels. Dat was het. 3 persoons luxe kamer geboekt. De douche liep over in het toilet waardoor je na het douchen de hele grond met handdoeken kon bedekken omdat je anders niet met droge voeten naar het toilet kon. Dit hotel nooit doen

Nothing about like the apartment to be honest,

Cons:

I had a poor experience during my stay. The apartment had no air conditioning, and when I asked the host for help, they said nothing could be done. The host was also very rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
