Excellent staff and views, but overall not the best value for money.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very responsive. When we mentioned our mattress was too soft, they promptly resolved the issue. They also provided an HDMI cable at our request so we could connect our laptop to the TV.
The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.
We also had a beautiful view from our window.
Additionally, you can buy tasty cocktails at the hotel’s paid bar.

Cons:

The room was too small. For 470 euros per night, I expected a larger, more comfortable space.
There is no bidet in the bathroom.
The shower door doesn’t reach the floor, so the bathroom floor gets flooded after every shower.
Despite the beautiful view, the balcony furniture (small wooden chairs and a table) is very uncomfortable, making it hard to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The free cocktails and beer are of poor quality. Also, if you visit the snack bar, you won’t find any decent snacks.

Pros:

Caters to kids activities a lot

Cons:

Only One towel stand in the entire resort, far away from some of the swimming pools.

No staff at the poolside to serve drinks. You have to physically go to the bar to order, which you cannot do if you have small kids in the pool and you can’t leave them. This is unlike resorts in Antalya where dozens of staff continually comes to check and serves you drink by the poolside without you having to go to a dedicated bar, far away from the kids pool.

Pros:

Die Lage, Das Essen, Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Nähe zum Meer, Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer, Nähe zum Flughafen - nur 1 Stunde entfernt

Cons:

unser Zimmer war leider oberhalb von Wäscheraum und daher haben wir die Maschinen gehört, aber da ich Oropax mithatte, war es nicht so tragisch.

Cons:

Samo jedno mi se nije dopalo, to je sitnica ali mo nekako smeta kada sednemo da jedemo i na selund spistimo pribor i odmah dolazi neka od devojaka i uzima pribor i tanjir. Dva dana sam morao da kazem “ nisam zavrsio samo sam spustio probor na kratko da odem da donesem slatkis sebi i deci”. I to uzme tanjir ispred mene dok sedim.

Pros:

We liked the first 4 days so we extended our original stay for a week, it was too much. We still enjoyed the pools and the beach, and the kids were happy with the kids' club. The buffet is good and varied, although after some days it becomes really repetitive. The staff, especially the cleaning people, were very nice.

Cons:

We stayed in building number 2 and it was kind of run down (the first time we stayed in building 3 and it was much better). Aircon made a lot of sound but didn't work so well. There was only 2 elevators for hundreds of rooms, so you end up using the stairs most of the time.

Pros:

It was really good, the buffet was varied, the pools were great for the kids and the beach was incredible, especially because of the landscape.

Cons:

We had a small inconvenient with our reservation, because in Booking said for 5 people, but in the hotel was registered for 4 people only, so we had to change rooms and pay a small difference.
