Pros:

Fantastic location and view of the pyramids.from our room. Would struggle to agree that this hotel is a 4 star but was very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

We had an issue over the availability of a hairdryer. Rang down first morning to reception and asked for a hairdryer which they said they would send to the room. After my shower I rang again to which I was told they dont have hairdryers. With the help of the aircon I managed to dry my hair. . That evening reception presented me with a hairdryer but it didn't work n had a bad burning smell . I reported to house keeping who gave me another one whuch actually went on fire. The hotel later sent me an email to say they were replacing all of their hairdryers. I would advise taking your own.
Apart from this we had a good stay we were only there for 3 nights. The fantastic view made up for any issues we had

Pros:

The view is amazing! The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They go above and beyond for everything.

Cons:

Air conditioners don’t work very good. The rooms are pretty hot even with the air conditioners on. The restaurant was out of basics such as fruit and the service takes a while.

Perfect stay for all things Giza
Pros:

Excellent location and value if your visiting the pyramids/gem, allows you to get to either early and beat the crowds. Hotel was very clean and well equipped, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering free upgrades for our stay. Top floor restaurant has great views of the pyramids. If we visit Giza again, will be staying here.

La sympathie du personnel. D'un serveur qui savait faire oublier des manquements en cuisine ( manque de plats....)

Cons:

Les bouloches en très grands nombres sur les draps. Des oreillers trop durs. Des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas où inexistantes( chevet droit, prise du sèche cheveux 'e rentre pas dans la salle de douche. On entend beaucoup le bruit de la route

Amazing experience!
Pros:

The best place to stay to wake up with a lovely view of the Giza pyramids! The staff is so kind and were always available for any request. The food of the restaurant was good as well, and the room has everything is being offered :) thanks Youssef AMR for your support in all my stay!

Pros:

Staff was very welcoming, they allowed us early check in free of charge, the ladies at the reception were very pleasant and polite, always making sure we had everything we needed. The pyramids view from the room was perfect.
