for one night stay, it was okay. And appreciate the receptionist. I thank her.

بدءا بموظفي الاستقبال غير متفاعلين. المصعد واحد فقط واذا طلع اثنين مختلفي الادوار لا يمكن أن يصعد الا إلى دور واحد فقط. المطعم مأكولاته الإفطار محدودة جدا فول وطعميه ومخلل وجبن اساسي ولا يوجد شاهي حليب ِولا فواكه ولا عصيرات. الاستقبال دائما لا يردون. الساعه 3 الفجر شخص ما طرق الباب بقوة بعدها ب 15 د سمعنا طرق للباب. لا أعلم ما هذا.

The staff at the reception and restaurant are good . Courteous

Cons:

The breakfast was only bread & egg , no varieties. The cleaners should do better. Always sweep and clean when called to clean the room..
The TV was more of Egyptian programs. Nothing for English speaking visitors to watch

Pros:

The location was very close to my conference place and also the swimming pool was also good and wide.

Cons:

Poor break fast, poor room services, no flexibility in the hotel at all, receptions are defensive rather than accepting comments. No availability of iron & iron board in the room, delayed Laundry service.
