It’s a four star room , but the service was a two star service in the EU . The breakfast wasn’t good, no fresh juices! A
Pros:

The superior room was spacious !

Cons:

The service was really slow and while booking you can’t book a room with a balcony, they only charge you more at the reception !

Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The location is excellent and extremely convenient for a person coming to explore cairo, as it is close to big malls as well as old towns with a more traditional vibe.

Cons:

I wasn't allowed to keep my iron, but that wasn't a big issue as they are right next to a laundry place that does washing and ironing.

موقع الفندق قريب من سيتي ستارز وموظف الاستقبال في المساء و المدير

Cons:

موظفات الاستقبال في الفترة الصباحية لا يصلحون للعمل بفندق و جميع موظفو الفندق لا يقدمون خدمات بدون الدفع الغرف غير نظيفة مع وجود حشارات و عدم شفط الارضية
