الذي أعجبني هو تفاني الموظفين جميعا في خدمة النزيل وخاصة الرسبشن الذين يتميزون بالبسمة الجميلة طبعا الجميع كما ذكرت ولكن على سبيل المثال الأخ رمون صاحب الوجه البشوش ولا أنسى العمدة الأخ إيهاب

Pros:

This hotel is in a great location which is close to a lot of the attractions and feels safe. The staff are very helpful, especially Remon who always was very willing to help out with anything you needed. The buffet breakfast is also great with lots of different option.

Only book it if you are with an Intrepid group and you arrive a few days before the start of the tour. Otherwise you will find better hotels for that price.

الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والخدمه والنظافه وجميع الموظفين في قمه اللطف والاخلاق
الريسبشن ريمون وكريم
وكذلك عصام واشرف وعمرو
بصراحه ارفع لهم القبعه
خدومين لاخر درجه
هم بصراحه اهل وليسوا ستاف فندق فقط
فقط هناك مشكله بالكهرباء تقطع بشكل متكرر وتعود مره اخرى

Santana Hotel has a beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms with vintage touch, and friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. I loved the fresh-made omelettes, the variety of veggies, breads, and cheeses, and the amazing spread of hot foods. On my last day, I had to take an early Uber ride to the airport, and the staff prepared for me a huge box of breakfast goodies. Huge plus!

Cons:

The WiFi was very spotty. I think this is more of a city-wide or country-wide issue, not specific to the hotel. My key card also stopped working sporadically, and I had to go downstairs to get the reset multiple times.

لا شي حتى الموقع لم يشفع للمكان اذ انه يقع على الجانب الغير حيوي من النيل
والمنطقه مزعجه جدا

موظفه الاستقبال عبوسه وتعاملها سئ وغير متعاونه ولا تتعامل مع الضيوف بشكل جيد واسلوبها مستفز جدا عكس الموظفين الرجال فالظاهر هي صاحبة المكان او المسؤوله عنه مما يجعل الامر اكثر سوءا
