Great staff the lady on reception was fantastic
It was basic but brilliant great value for money
Nice room but due to unusual temperature, we were disturbed by sound of refrigeration plant. Manager was excellent at exploring all possibilities, including booking another hotel. After a while managed to change reservations and find us an alternative room.
Also threw in a breakfast voucher for the disruption.
Staff couldn’t have done more.
Getting in and out is a bit of a faff but good directions given.
Services alongside were pretty busy and noisy as it was bank holiday weekend.
Location is just beside M1. It has big rooms and ample of parking. It has dedicated access from M1 northbound as well.

Me and my girlfriend were just chatting not shouting as you normally talk, the customer in the room next to ours punched the wall the painting on the wall almost hit us in the head. One man staff came to our room to keep quiet and the hour was 12/1 AM. So you have to shut and tip toe in this garbage hotel. Avoid ar all costs unless you’re a truck driver / commuter I guess.
