Da unser Aufenthalt kurzfristig (ab 14Uhr kann man einchecken, die Buchung existierte um ca 15Uhr aber noch) ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung einfach storniert wurde, können wir das Hotel eigentlich gar nicht bewerten. Wir kamen nämlich erst gegen 17:30Uhr an und standen prompt vor verschlossener Tür. Da man uns beim Support des Hotels direkt an Booking.com verwiesen hat, riefen wir dort umgehend an, nur um ca 40min(!) in der Warteschleife zu hängen. Parallel dazu standen wir auch mit einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels in Verbindung, welcher ebenfalls versuchte Booking zu kontaktieren. Leider bekamen wir auch erst nach nach ca 3 Stunden folgende Information: Unsere Buchung wurde aufgrund einer Überbelegung der Zimmer eigens von der Unterkunft storniert! Alternativ bot man uns daraufhin ein Hotel in einer höheren Preisklasse und in einer für uns ungünstigen Lage an. Ein solches Vorgehen ist in einem Unternehmen dieser Größenordnung einfach inakzeptabel. Es kann durch diverse Faktoren zu einer Überbuchung kommen, es passiert. ABER: Die Schuld dann auf das Buchungsunterneh
men abzuschieben bzw. selbst keine angemessenen Lösungsvorschläge zu bringen, ist schlichtweg unprofessionell. Auch der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung und einer guten Portion Vehemenz hilfsbereit. Für uns definitiv die letzte Buchung in diesem Etablissement.
