Pros:

Чистота номера, стан меблів та матраців - все було чудове!
Дуже привітний персонал!
Зручне розташування - з валізами (йшли не поспішаючи) пішки від вокзалу до готелю - 11 хвилин

Cons:

Не ясні умови та додаткові витрати
Pros:

Номера нові, чисті. Пані на ресепшені привітлива!

Cons:

У номері вже був зламаний замок у ванну кімнату, хоча номера нові. Не всі номери із кондиціонером. За дитину 6 років довелось зробити доплату, хоча в них в прайсі вказано діти до 7ми років безоплатно без надання додаткового місця. Я була обурена і дуже втомлена після дороги, тому не було сил сперечатись. Двомісний номер нам запропонували, але в ньому не було кондиціонера, а вікно відчинялось на балкон де курять всі постояльці готелю.

Затишно, зручно, комфортно, релакс на 100 відсотків)
Pros:

Чудовий готель, все чисто, бездоганно и на відміну від європейських готелів такого класу, то тут очікувала нас така маленька, але приємні дрібничка - шкарпетки одноразові)) Взагалі все охайно, прийняли нас швидко посеред ночі, відпочили з дороги на відмінно. Якщо ще буду у Львові, то неодмінно зупинюсь лише тут:)
