Served its purpose
Pros:

We were at a wedding in the area and believe this was the cheapest hotel option within walking distance. The room was fine for the night we were using it for. The breakfast buffet was decent - an array of meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurt and chocolate cake.

Cons:

No staff on reception so no one to talk to re facilities etc. The restaurant is closed but they erroneously email you to ask you if you want to book the restaurant. Rooms were basic but clean. Twin beds were next to each other so more like a double bed. If I was using the hotel room as part of a holiday, I would probably look elsewhere to somewhere with more facilities like a restaurant,kayak hire etc. and a bit more value for money. But our hands were tied given we had a wedding nearby, and so as the cheapest option we could find locally, it served its purpose.

Gute Betten, grosses Badzimmer, auch das Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Check-in Prozedere mit Code, überall Türen mit Codes und keine Personen (ausser beim Frühstück) war eine spezielle Erfahrung. Wir hatten dies so nicht erwartet. Es gab Probleme beim Check-In, aber via Telefon-Hotline wurde uns schnell geholfen.

Pros:

Die Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Restaurant, welches für uns ein Grund war das Hotel zu wählen, ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Das wurde uns so nicht mitgeteilt.
Die Terrasse, mit wirklich schönem Blick auf den Walensee, war nur beim Frühstück zugänglich.
Der Code für die Hauptüre hat beide Tage nicht funktioniert, so das wir bei einer genervten Dame anrufen mussten die uns dann die Tür öffnete. Geholfen wurde uns leider nicht.
