Zum schlafen okay.. Personal, Service, Frühstück etc. eher enttäuschend...

Das Zimmer war i.O. und das Bett war auch recht komfortabel. Check-In mit dem Code hat auch unproblematisch funktioniert.

Cons:

Ich war der Meinung, dass ich für das Abendessen einen Tisch reserviert hatte während ich beim online Check-in extra danach gefragt wurde. Im Hotel haben wir festgestellt dass das Restaurant generell geschlossen ist. Ich habe die angegebene Tel.Nr. angerufen um danach zu fragen, allerdings war die zuständige Person extrem unfreundlich und sehr abweisend. (Btw. Google-maps zeigt diesen Ort auch noch weiterhin als Restaurant an)

Im TV im Zimmer werden zwar div. Streaming-Dienste angeboten, allerdings funktionieren alle aufgrund schlechter Internet-Empfang gar nicht.

Frühstück wird von 8-10 angeboten. Wir waren um 9 Uhr am Tisch und da gab es u.a. kein Brot mehr. Nachdem ich mehrmals danach gefragt habe, wurde 15min später neues Brot im Buffet aufgetischt was zum Teil noch gefroren war...

Also alles in allem finde ich das sehr schade, dass aus diesem schönen Location soo wenig gemacht wird... Wenn man nur ein Bett und eine Dusche braucht, dann ist es hier ausreichend, allerdings nicht für das Geld was man bezahlt...

Für 2 Tage super!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber, was uns besonders positiv aufgefallen ist. Das Frühstück war zwar einfach, aber lecker und völlig ausreichend.

Die Gastgeber haben auf unsere Nachrichten innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, was den Kontakt sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Auch der Zugang zum Zimmer per Code war praktisch und hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Cons:

Schade fanden wir lediglich, dass die Terrasse nur während des Frühstücks geöffnet war. Wir hätten dort gerne auch später noch etwas Zeit verbracht und den Ausblick genossen.

Die Lage und Aussicht von der Suite zum See und den Bergen war super.Das gute Frühstücksbuffet,mit der Terrasse zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Leider ist das Restaurant ausser zum Frühstücken sonst geschlossen.Es gäbe einen Aufzug,leider funktioniert er aber nicht.

Excellent value and incredible location.
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, the room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was walking distance to the lake with public access and a great beach area and walking distance to the ferry to get across to another little town. Breakfast was delicious and the outdoor patio was a beautiful setting that overlooked the lake. Just a great spot through and through.

Labai karšta kambaryje ir nėra jokio ventiliatoriaus, neveikė plaukų džiovintuvo rozetė, bet aš sutaisiau, nors atlygio negavau!😎Dušo kabinos vandens nubėgimas tikriausiai užsikimšęs, nes po poros minučių tenka “braidyti” po vandenį…triukšmas iš gatvės ir nuo traukinių, ir nuo automobilių, tad miegoti net su kamštukais ausyse yra problematiška! Pusryčiai labai skurdūs! Šalta kiaušinienė, kiaušiniai dar šiek tiek pjaustytos dešros…🤷‍♂️…kavos atneša vieną puodelį, tiesa, po to dar paklausia ar reikia dar…😎

Pros:

It was very clean and well located.

Cons:

The wifi was not working. We tried to contact the staff, but they just told us to restart our phones and then they did not answer our last message to try to solve the issue. We needed the wifi since our internet did not work. Otherwise everything was good.

Nicht angemessene Preis, Komfort Niveau ist niedrig

Gut gelegenes Hotel, 5 min von Bahnhof zu Fuß, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Fantastische Aussicht, wegen dem wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben. Suite relativ groß. Frühstück ganz ok. Personal nicht vor Ort, aber sonst relativ nett (zb beim Frühstück).

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, man konnte einfach nicht schlafen. Es stand nur ein Ventilation im Zimmer. Kein Mini Bar, keine Kaffeemaschine / Wasserkocher, keine Flasche Wasser und das alles in höchste Zimmer Kategorie. Schlechte Matratzen die miteinander nicht verbunden waren und in der Nacht auseinander gefahren sind. Schlechte Kissen. Es war eine total schlaflose Nacht wegen Hitze und wegen so eine schlechte Bett. Bettwäsche mit Flecken. Sonst In Zimmer war relativ sauber, Balkon Möbel konnte man nicht benutzen da sehr schmutzig war. Hotel würde ich auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen, überteuerte Preis nur für den schönen Aussicht auf den Walensee.
